Abstract: The present invention relates to an elastin-like protein and a producing method thereof, and a nerve cell differentiating method using the same protein and the same producing method. The elastin-like protein is used for adhesion, migration, neurite growth, and forming a three dimensional spheroid of a multicell in nerve cell cultivation. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the present invention provides the elastin-like protein which includes a temperature sensitive VGVPG peptide and a RGD integrin receptor ligand, and which acts as an extracellular matrix.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An application of biomimetic multi-block bio-polymers for tissue regeneration and a tissue regeneration method thereof are provided to be effective in a wound treatment by at least one or more blocks among multiple blocks including peptide I of a cell adhesion function for tissue neogenesis. Abstract: A novel polymer linker for an active surface of bio material is provided to form SAMs (self-assembled monolayer) and prevent the oxidation of metal and metal oxide. A polymer linker for an active surface of bio material is denoted by the chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, X is oxygen, sulfur, phosphine, selenium or amine compound, R1 is C1-C24 alkylene group, Q is oxygen, nitrogen, or sulfur, R2 is C0-C12 alkylene group, Z is carboxyl group, amino group, imide group or epoxy group, n is integer of 1-1000 and m is integer of 1-1000.
