Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an indium tin oxide rod is provided to manufacture an indium tin oxide rod with controlled aspect ratio of length and thickness. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method an indium tin oxide rod comprises a step of forming a first mixture by mixing indium precursor, tin precursor, and terephthalte; a step of mixing alcohol into the first mixture, to obtain a second mixture into dimethyl formamide; a step of obtaining precipitation by refluxing the second mixture; a step of washing and drying the precipitation; and a step of heat treating the precipitation. The weight mixing ratio of the alcohol and the dimethyl formamide is 0.1-0.5. The aspect ratio of the indium tin oxide rod is 4-30. The weight mixing ratio of the indium precursor and the tin precursor is 1-5. The weight mixing ratio of the terephthalte and the indium precursor is 0.5-0.8. The reflux reaction is conducted at 80-140 deg. C, and the heat treatment is conducted at 400-800 deg. C.

Abstract: A method for preparing metal oxide nanopowder is provided to obtain metal oxide nanopowder easily controllable in particle characteristics including particle size and particle size distribution through a simple process at a high yield. A method for preparing metal oxide nanopowder comprises the steps of: mixing and agitating a thermoplastic polymer resin solution with a compound containing at least one kind of metal ion; and heat-treating the mixed solution to obtain nanosized metal oxide powder. The heat treating step is carried out at a 350-800 deg.C. The thermoplastic polymer resin solution comprises 5-30 wt% of a thermoplastic polymer resin. Further, the solvent is selected from a group consisting of water, methanol, ethanol and isopropylalcohol.

Abstract: A highly sensitive field effect transistor type bio sensor is provided to increase driving current and physical contacting area with a bio sensing target material, and enhance electric capacity of the device by structurally modifying the shape of a semiconductor substrate, and improve sensing reproducibility and accuracy of the bio sensor by increasing S/N ratio(signal to noise ratio) of the bio sensor. The prominence and depression part is prepared by coating a polymer thin film with resist materials, performing an imprinting process on the resist with a micro stamp, repeating the imprinting process to form the pattern on the total substrate, removing a residual layer from the resist, and forming a predetermined shape on the semiconductor substrate with the resist pattern as a mask.
