Abstract:
본 발명은 수용성 유기점토를 이용한 유해조류 제어방법에 관한 것으로 더욱 상세하게는 마그네슘 또는 칼슘 필로실리케이트 및 이를 이용한 유해조류 제어방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 수용성 유기점토는 유해조류의 세포막에만 영향을 미칠 뿐 여타 해양 생태계에 전혀 다른 영향을 미치지 않으므로 유해조류만을 선택적으로 억제하는 효과가 탁월하다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for controlling harmful algae using water soluble organic clay is provided to prevent effect to other marine ecosystems and to selectively prevent the harmful algae. CONSTITUTION: A water soluble organic clay controls harmful algae. The water soluble organic clay is metal ionic phylloxilicate having attached functional group selected from amino propyl, mercaptopropyl, methyl, phenyl, methacryloxy propyl, and glycyldeoxypropyl group. The functional group is amino propyl. A method for preparing the water soluble organic clay comprises: a step of dissolving magnesium chloride hexahydrite in ethanol; a step of adding 2-aminopropyl triethoxy silane(APTES) to the magnesium chloride hexahydrite to form a white float; a step of stirring the solution having the white float; a step of centrifuging the solution to separate into precipitate and supernatant; a step of suspending the precipitate in ethanol and centrifuging 2-5 times; and a step of dissolving water soluble organic clay in distilled water.

PURPOSE: A method for purifying alkaline esterase from Sparassis crispa is provided to ensure high specificity, proper thermal stability, and alkaline property. CONSTITUTION: A method for purifying alkaline esterase from Sparassis crispa comprises: a step of freeze-drying Sparassis crispa; a step of pulverizing dried Sparassis crispa under liquid phase nitrogen into fine powder; a step of isolating Sparassis crispa powder in a Tris-HCl buffer solution(pH 9.0) containing acetate buffer solution(pH 5.0), phosphate buffer(pH 7.0), and 2mM EDTA, 1 mM MgCl_2, and 1mM phenylmethyl sulfonyl fluoride(PMSF); a step of precipitating the isolate in 65% of saturated ammonium sulfate and centrifuging; a step of performing DEAE column chromatography; and a step of performing isoelectric focusing.

본 발명은 플루오르세인 이소티오시아네이트 (FITC)-표지된 마그네슘-유기클레이 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로써, 보다 상세하게는 FITC와 Mg-유기클레이가 티오우레아에 의하여 콘쥬게이션되어 있는 FITC-표지된 Mg-유기클레이와 그 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. FITC, 마그네슘 유기클레이, 콘쥬게이션, 형광
