Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for synthesizing a conjugated polymer compound having an aldehyde group and a method for manufacturing polymer nanoparticles and detecting protein using the conjugated polymer compound and, more particularly, to a method for synthesizing a conjugated polymer compound capable of being used as a protein chemical sensor and a biosensor via fluorescent change by fluorescence resonance energy transfer between two materials by including biotin on the surface of polymer nanoparticles as a protein ligand and combining the biotin combined with the polymer nanoparticles, which is an energy donor, and streptavidin having a Texas red dye, which is an energy acceptor, and a method for manufacturing polymer nanoparticles. The present invention can be used for medical study, clinical testing and chemical analysis because protein can be analyzed.

PURPOSE: A water-soluble conjugated polymer is provided to be used a detection material for cysteine in a thin film and to have high selectivity to cysteine, thereby being used for a chemical sensor and bio sensor. CONSTITUTION: A water-soluble conjugated polymer is represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, R is a linear or branched C1-C6 alkyl group substituted by a sulfonic acid or sulfonic acid salt, m and n is a molar fraction, where m is a real number from 0.01-0.8, and n is 1-m. The alkyl group of R is independently methyl, ethyl, i-profile, n-propyl, i-butyl, n-butyl, t-butyl, n-pentyl, i-pentyl or n-hexyl. The number average molecular weight of the aqueous conjugated polymeric compound is 3,000-100,000. The thin film sensor comprises the aqueous conjugated polymer compound.

PURPOSE: A compound containing hindered phenol and hindered amine is provided to obtain a stablizing agent with safety to heat and UV ray. CONSTITUTION: A compound containing hindered phenol and hindered amine is denoted by chemical formula 1. A method for preparing the compound comprises a step of reacting hindered amine of chemical formula 2 with hindered phenol of chemical formula 3. The hindered amine is prepared by reacting compounds of chemical formulas 4 and 5 at room temperature for 8-24 hours. The compound of chemical formula 5 is 6-bromohexanoyl chloride or 4-bromobutanoyl chloride. An amide-based stabilizing agent contains hindered phenol and hindered amine.

본 발명은 이온성기를 갖는 수용성 공액화 고분자 화합물, 수은 이온과 티민의 상호작용을 이용한 수용성 공액화 고분자-수은-티민 복합체, 이의 제조 및 이를 이용한 수용액 상에서 수은 이온의 선택적 검출방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 이온성기를 가지는 수용성 형광 공액화 고분자 화합물, 수은 이온 및 티민이 복합체를 형성하여 수은 이온의 농도에 따라 상기 고분자 화합물의 형광 색상이 변화하는 형광센서에 관한 것이다.
