Abstract:
The present invention relates to a quartz crystal microbalance sensor and, more particularly, to an electrodeless multichannel quartz crystal microbalance sensor. The multichannel quartz crystal microbalance sensor is characterized in that various patterns with different weights and partially coated on the surface of an electrodeless quartz crystal are exposed to an outside electric field. A multichannel quartz crystal microbalance can obtain multichannel signals by differentiating the weight of patterns at one quartz crystal and can be conveniently manufactured by eliminating an etching process. Unlike a general multichannel quartz crystal microbalance which is driven by individual electric sources by patterning various pairs of electrodes on both surfaces of a quartz crystal, the electrodeless multichannel quartz crystal microbalance can generate a multichannel quartz crystal by materials with different weights and partially patterned on the surface of a quartz crystal, and can measure all of the multichannel quartz crystal frequencies only using a pair of electrodes which is positioned closely to the surface of the quartz crystal.

The present invention relates to a new quartz crystal micro-balance and, more specifically, to the new quartz crystal micro-balance which measures mass change and electrical property at the same time. The quartz crystal micro-balance of the present invention uses a quartz vibrator which forms a first electrode for vibrating the quartz vibrator on a first surface of the quartz vibrator and forms a second electrode for measuring electrical property of a sample on a second surface of the quartz vibrator.

본 발명은 탄소나노튜브를 함유한 자가치유 복합체의 개발 및 그 성능 평가 방법에 관한 것이다. 상세하게는 치유제, 촉매가 함유된 캡슐을 포함하는 고분자 복합체를 합성하여 균열에 의해 손상을 입었을 때 캡슐이 깨지면서 내부의 촉매 물질이 흘러나와 지지체에 섞여 있던 치유제와 반응을 하여 균열을 복구하는 것이다. 특히, 지지체에 탄소나노튜브를 포함시켜 복합체 자체의 기계적 강도가 증가되고 전기전도성을 갖게 될 뿐만 아니라, 마이크로캡슐에도 탄소나노튜브를 함께 넣어 발생한 균열이 복구될 때 기계적 강도만을 회복하는 것이 아니라 자가치유 복합체의 전기전도성도 회복하게 된다. 또한 기존의 강도 측정법 이외에 수정진동자 미량저울과 마이크로캔틸리버를 이용하여 자가치유 복합체의 회복 메카니즘과 회복 속도에 대한 평가도 할 수 있다. 탄소나노튜브, 자가치유

A vibration generator using a permanent magnet and a piezoelectric ceramic and a method for generating electricity using the same are provided to change a natural frequency and an amplitude by attaching a vibration weight having a magnetic force to a vibration plate. In a vibration generator, a vibration weight(20) is attached to a piezoelectric cantilever(10) composed of a bimorph. A fixing unit(30) fixes one end of the piezoelectric cantilever(10). A fixing unit(40) is formed at a lower end of the vibration weight(20) and magnetically interacts with the vibration weight(20). A piezo speaker(50) is attached to a lower end of the fixing unit(30).

본 발명은 신규한 수정 진동자 미세 저울에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 질량의 변화와 전기적 특성 변화를 동시에 측정할 수 있는 새로운 수정 진동자 미세저울에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 수정진동자 미세저울은 상기 수정 진동자의 제1 면에는 상기 수정 진동자를 진동시키기 위한 제1 전극이 형성되고, 상기 수정 진동자의 제2 면에는 시료의 전기적 특성을 측정하기 위한 제2 전극이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 수정 진동자를 사용한다.

PURPOSE: A polymer measuring method using a micro cantilever is provided to measure very minute sample and facilitate controlling temperature and measure the large amount of the sample rapidly by measuring lots of samples at once. CONSTITUTION: A polymer measuring method using a micro cantilever comprises following steps. A micro cantilever array equipped with cantilevers is mounted on a flow stage. The length of the cantilever is 500 micron, and the breadth is 100 micron, and the thickness is 1 micron. A heater and a thermocouple are mounted on the array. The temperature is adjusted by attaching a heater controller. A helium-neon laser apparatus is attached and the bending degree of the cantilever is measured by the deflection.
