Abstract: PURPOSE: A column furnace having a laminated loading jig and a sample carrier is provided to measure the property of matter of samples exposed in flame for a fixed time, since the furnace is heated at a fixed temperature by the circulation of flame. CONSTITUTION: A column furnace having a laminated loading jig and a sample carrier comprises a furnace body(110), a sample carrier(300), and a laminated loading jig(200). An actuator(150) and a heater are installed inside the furnace body. The actuator compresses samples. The heater heats the samples. The samples are placed on the sample carrier. The sample carrier loads the samples to the inside of the furnace body. The loading jig is installed in the inner and lower portion of the furnace body to support the samples.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A calibration burner for a real fire test is provided to simply move the calibration burner by installing a combustion unit in a trolley, and to easily generate a large flame using liquid heptanes. CONSTITUTION: A calibration burner(100) for a real fire test comprises a fuel supply unit, a combustion unit(140), and a controller(160). The fuel supply unit comprises a liquid fuel storage tank(114) and fuel supply pumps(116b). The combustion unit comprises multiple nozzles(142) and multiple supporters(144). The supporters support the nozzles. The controller comprises a flow control valve(162) and a flowmeter(164). The flow control valve and the flowmeter are installed in a pipe(112) of the fuel supply unit. The controller controls heating of a flame generated from the nozzles of the combustion unit.
