    Abstract: A polymer hydrogel is provided to form chemical cross-linkage in mixing and to ensure excellent strength and sol-gel movement by containing a phosphazene-based polymer in a constant concentration. A phosphazene-based polymer has a structure of the chemical formula 1.     Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided are a temperature sensitive polyphosphazene-based polymer which is biodegradable and shows sol-gel behavior according to the change of temperature, its preparation method, and a temperature sensitive hydrogel for an injection-type drug transporter using the polymer. CONSTITUTION: The polyphosphazene-based polymer is represented by the formula 1, wherein R is CH2CH(CH3)2, CH(CH3)C2H5 or C7H7; R' is CH2COOC2H5 or CH(CH3)COOC2H5; R'' is OC2H5, NHCH2COOC2H5, NHCH2COOC7H7, NHCH(CH2CH(CH3)2)COOC2H5 or NHCH(CH(CH3)C2H5)COOC2H5; a and b are a number of 0.1-1.0; c and d are a number of 0-1.9; a+b+c+d is 2.0; n is 10-10,000; and m is 10-50. The method comprises the steps of reacting the polydichlorophosphazene of the formula 3 and an amino acid ethyl ester represented by H2NCH(R)COOCH2CH3 in a molar ratio of 1 : 0.1-1.9; reacting the obtained product with 0-1.9 equivalent of a compound represented by H2NCH2COOR' or H2NCH2COR''; and reacting the obtained product with 2 equivalent of an aminomethoxy polyethylene glycol represented by NH2-(CH2-CH2-O)m-CH3 based on the remaining chlorine group.
