CONSTITUTION: A polyphosphazene composition for biomaterials can be used for bioactive substance transfer materials, orthopedic surgery materials, biomaterials for histotechnology, blood vessel absorption prevention materials, and biomaterials by forming gel having more strong intensity through ultraviolet ray irradiation, crosslinking agent addition, additive addition, enzyme addition, and mixing of phosphazene polymer.

A polymer hydrogel is provided to form chemical cross-linkage in mixing and to ensure excellent strength and sol-gel movement by containing a phosphazene-based polymer in a constant concentration. A phosphazene-based polymer has a structure of the chemical formula 1. PURPOSE: Provided are a temperature sensitive polyphosphazene-based polymer which is biodegradable and shows sol-gel behavior according to the change of temperature, its preparation method, and a temperature sensitive hydrogel for an injection-type drug transporter using the polymer. CONSTITUTION: The polyphosphazene-based polymer is represented by the formula 1, wherein R is CH2CH(CH3)2, CH(CH3)C2H5 or C7H7; R' is CH2COOC2H5 or CH(CH3)COOC2H5; R'' is OC2H5, NHCH2COOC2H5, NHCH2COOC7H7, NHCH(CH2CH(CH3)2)COOC2H5 or NHCH(CH(CH3)C2H5)COOC2H5; a and b are a number of 0.1-1.0; c and d are a number of 0-1.9; a+b+c+d is 2.0; n is 10-10,000; and m is 10-50. The method comprises the steps of reacting the polydichlorophosphazene of the formula 3 and an amino acid ethyl ester represented by H2NCH(R)COOCH2CH3 in a molar ratio of 1 : 0.1-1.9; reacting the obtained product with 0-1.9 equivalent of a compound represented by H2NCH2COOR' or H2NCH2COR''; and reacting the obtained product with 2 equivalent of an aminomethoxy polyethylene glycol represented by NH2-(CH2-CH2-O)m-CH3 based on the remaining chlorine group.

CONSTITUTION: The title compound(I) is manufactured. In formula, NHA is amino acid group selected from glycine(-NHCH2COO¬-), alanine(-NHCH(CH3)COO¬-), beta-alanine(-NHCH2CH2COO¬-), aminomalonic acid(-NHCH(COO¬-)2), aspartic acid(NHCH(CH2COO¬-)COO¬-), and glutamic acid(-NHCCH(CH2CH2COO¬-)COO¬-), R is methyl, ethyl, or benzyl, m is repeat unit of polyethyleneglycol and integer selected from 2, 7 and 16, x is 0.2-1.8 of mole content of polyethyleneglycol, and n is 10-100 of degree of polymerization.
