The continuous production of 1,1-dichloro-1-fluoroethane(HCFC-1416) comprises (a) continuously liquid phase reacting 1,1,1- trichloroethane with an excessive amount of an anhydrous hydrofluoric acid in the reactor at 4-20 bar and 60-130 deg.C., (b) contacting and rectifying the produced gas and the anhydrous hydrofluoric acid to recycle a low volatile material of the anhydrous hydrofluoric acid to the reactor, and to condense an azeotropic mixture of an organic material and the hydrofluoric acid and high volatile material of a hydrochloric acid in the condenser, (c) separating an inorganic layer(HF), an organic layer and a gas layer(HCl) from the liquid-gas mixture in the layer separator, and (d) purifying the exhausted organic layer. A reaction equipment to react chlorofluoro carbon with bromine consists of (A) two reaction tubes connected to each other, (B) alumina refractories combined with inner tubes connected to reactants feeding tube and reaction products tube, (C) two heating tubes joined with reaction tubes, (D) alumina refractories having an injection hole for thermo-couple and a passage around it, which are fabricated with two reaction tubes of molten alumina, (E) a reaction chamber formed by sealing with an adhesive the joint part of two heating tubes and thermocouple injection hole, (F) metal housing around the reaction chamber, and (G) and outer tube connected to inner tube exposed to outside.

PURPOSE: A composition of a clean agent for a fire extinguisher containing CO2 and 1, 1, 1, 2, 3, 3, 3-heptafluoropropane(HFC-227ea) is provided, whose fire extinguisher efficiency is excellent and whose global warming index and price are low. CONSTITUTION: A clean agent for a fire extinguisher containing CO2 and HFC-227ea is composed of 0.1-99.9mol% of CO2 and 99.9-0.1mol% of HFC-23. And the agent is stored in the type of high-press liquefied gas so that a storage tank can be minimized and the price can be lowered.

The invention provides a gaseous phase reaction for producing difluoromethane (HFC 32) from dichloromethane (DCM) and excess amount of anhydrous hydrofluoric acid (AHF). The process comprises the steps of: filling with a alumina catalyst containing 2-10% by weight of chrome in a reactor; vaporizing DCM and AHF; reacting DCM and AHF whose mole ratio is from 1:2 to 1:10 at a temperature of 200-500 C under a pressure of up to 10 atm for 5-40 sec while supplying 0,002-0.3 mole of oxygen or 0.01-1.5 mole of air per 1 mole of DCM.

The cleaning composition is composed of (A) 5.9-33.3wt% water ; (B) 40.0-72.7wt% d-limonene ; (C) at least one surfactant selected from 13.6-39.5wt% polyethylene alkylether (5EO), 28.6-39.5wt% polyoxyethylene nonylphenolether (9EO) and 28.6-39.5wt% polyoxyethylene nonylphenolether (10EO) ; and (D) binding agent selected from 1.1-11.8wt% hexyleneglycol, 1.3-7.1wt% propyleneglycol, 1.3-1.4wt% ethyleneglycol, 1.3-1.4wt% triethyleneglycol and 1.3-7.1wt% dipropyleneglycol. The composition has a turbidity of less than 100, a surface tension of less than 28 dyne/cm, a viscosity of less than 21 cp, and a flash point of over 58 deg.C.
