Abstract: The PBT based polymer is prepd. by preperising terephthalic acid or dimethyl terephthalate with 1,4-butane diol or glycol using with the complex catalyst comprising titanium cpd. of one or two the cpd. of formula (I), (II) and antimone cpd. where R,R' are eachly methyl, ethyl, n-propyl, isopropyl, n-butyl, pentyl, stearyl, naphtyl, cyclohexyl, benzyl, dodecyl benzyl, etc. The compsn. ratio of titanium: antimone is 10-1: 1-10 as weight percentage and the amt. of used complex catalyst is 0.005-0.5 wt.% based on PBT.

Abstract: 본 발명은 유기 발광 색소들이 아주 미량 도핑된 백색광을 내는 유기 고분자 발광 소재와 이를 발광층으로 사용하는 전기발광 소자에 관한 것으로, 유기 발광 색소들을 미량도핑하여 유기 발광 물질내에서 훼스터(Forster) 에너지 전달현상을 효과적으로 제어하여 고효율의 백색광을 내도록 하는 물질을 이용하여 백색 전기발광소자를 제조할 수 있다. 미량도핑법에 의한 백색 발광 물질 제조를 하게 되면 에너지 공여체인 호스트 물질과 에너지 수용체인 도판트 물질 사이에서는 에너지 전달을 이용할 수 있지만 도판트 사이에서의 에너지 전달은 효과적으로 차단할 수 있어 백색 물질 제조가 아주 용이하게 된다. 본 발명의 전지발광소자는 투명 기판, 반투명전극, 백색 발광층, 금속전극 순으로 구성되며, 경우에 따라서 정공 수송층과 전자 수송층이 더 포함될 수도 있다. 본 발명의 백색 발광 물질을 이용한 소자는 전기 발광(electroluminescence) 효율이 도핑하지 않은 단일 호스트 물질로 제조된 소자에 비하여 향상되었다.

Abstract: Provided is a compound derived from cyclopentadienone useable as an essential material in production of organic electroluminescence(EL) element or other optical device, and a process for preparation of the same. The compound is represented by following formula 1 (wherein m is an integer of 0-5; X is S, CR1R2, CR1=CR2, C=CR1R2, C=NR1, C=NNR1R2; R1, R2, R3, R1', R2' and R3' each are same or different and independently selected from hydrogen, aliphatic alkyl group having C1-C22, alicyclic alkyl group having C1-C22 and aryl and aryloxy group having C6-C18; Ar is independently aromatic ring or hetero ring selected from a group consisting of phenylene, naphthalene, anthracene, fluorene, thiophene, pyrrole, pyridine, aryl oxadiazole, triazole, carbazole, arylamine, arylsilane and derivatives thereof) and is obtained by using a compound having cyclopentadienone group at the starting material. The EL element comprises the cyclopentadienone derived compound as the electroluminescence layer.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for preparing dimethyl dipropargylmalonate polymer having the hexagonal ring structure is provided, to reduce the pollution due to an organic solvent and to prevent the production of two different structured cyclic polymers by not using an organic solvent. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the step of cyclic polymerizing dimethyl dipropargylmalonate monomer by using supercritical or subcritical carbon dioxide as a solvent in the presence of a transition metal chloride catalyst. Preferably the reaction temperature is 15-100 deg.C, the reaction pressure is 50-400 atm, and the reaction time is 24 hours or less.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A high efficiency white organic light emitting material and an electroluminescence device are provided to achieve improved luminous efficiency and allow for ease of manufacture of white light emitting material. CONSTITUTION: A high efficiency white organic light emitting material comprises a substrate(1) having a half-transparent electrode(2); a light emitting layer(4) formed on the half-transparent electrode; and a metal electrode(6) formed on the light emitting layer. The light emitting layer is made of organic light emitting materials of three or more components. The material having the highest band gap is used as a host, and the other materials are used as a dopant which is doped at 0.1 weight% or lower of the host material.
