Abstract:
A method for controlling phase change temperature of a metal-insulator phase change material according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a preparation step of preparing a metal-insulator phase change material; and a control step of manufacturing a metal-insulator phase change material which is controlled to maintain a modified phase change temperature by irradiating the metal-insulator material with ion beam. According to the control method, the metal-insulator phase change material can be applicable to a large-scale business, the manufacture with a relatively simple method is possible and the phase change temperature of the modified metal-insulator phase change material can be permanently maintained by providing a metal-insulator phase change material with controlled phase change temperature using the ion beam processing.

PURPOSE: A ferrite-based stainless steel with oxidation resistance, a manufacturing method thereof, and a fuel cell interconnector using the same are provided to have excellent electric conductivity and oxidation resistance by having a compact oxide film on the surface of the ferrite-based stainless steel. CONSTITUTION: A ferrite-based stainless steel with oxidation resistance is composed of a ferrite-based stainless steel and a chrome oxide film. The ferrite-based stainless steel contains chrome. The fraction of crystal orientation measured by EBSP is 5% or more. The chrome oxide film is formed on the surface of the ferrite-based stainless steel. [Reference numerals] (AA) Spinel oxide film(relatively bright portion); (BB) Chrome oxide film(dark portion); (CC) Ferrite-based stainless steel
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a vanadium-based hydrogen permeation alloy used for a separator membrane, a method for manufacturing the alloy, and a method for using the separator membrane using the same. The vanadium-based hydrogen permeation alloy used for the separator membrane includes nickel (Ni) more than 0 and less than and equal to 5 at%, 5 to 15 at% of iron (Fe), yttrium (Y) more than 0 and less than and equal to 1 at%, and the rest of vanadium and impurities.
