Abstract: A simple testing taper is prepd. by (a) mixing TPEY (tellurite-polymyxin egg white) medium composition with 0.1-1 g potassium tellurite, 1-5 g sodium litium, 1-15 g glycine, 0.1-2 g agar, 1-10 g yeast extract, 1-20 g mannitol and 5-75 g sodium chloride to obtain the culture broth, (b) soaking paper, e.g. cellulose filter paper etc., in the obtd. broth and (c) drying the soacked paper at 30-50 deg.C in the aseptic condition to obtain the final product. The obtd. simple testing paper is useful for the quantitative measurement of Staphylococcus aureus.

Abstract: A hybridoma cell, P-051-A (KCTC 8496 P or P-051-B (KCTC 8497 P), produces a monoclonal antibody against progestrone is prepd. by activating the 11th position of progesterone and combinating with bovine serum albumin. A monoclonal antibody cultured from the obtd. hybridoma cell is used as early diagnosis regent of pregnancy.
