PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a nanoparticle array is provided to detect prostate cancer without a marker and to be used in various photoelectronic device fields. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a nanoparticle array comprises: a step of laminating a mixture block copolymer having high molecular first polymers and low molecular second polymers on a substrate; a step of performing thermal treatment of the mixed block copolymers for self-assembling; a step of etching the self-assembled block copolymer and selectively removing a partial block copolymer region to prepare a patterned block copolymer mold; a step of a nanoparticle substance layer on the mold; and a step of removing the mold.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A detecting method of a shear friction factor is provided to conveniently measure a shear friction factor occurring in the volume formation applicable to wide range friction condition and to reproduce the friction condition of a complex process. CONSTITUTION: An extrusion material(30) is placed on the upper face of a lower die. The material has a columnar shape, and the diameter of the material is the average of the diameter of a punch(21) and the inner diameter of an outer die(11). The center of the extrusion material is aligned with the centers of the punch and the outer die. If an extruding load is applied to the material by lifting down of the punch, the material is sequentially deformed. Then a typical formed product is produced by the shapes of the outer die and the punch. A sharp peak(33) of the formed product has a triangular sectional shape, and the upper apex of the triangle is spaced apart from the inner face of the outer die by a specific vertical distance(d). The vertical distance(d) is a factor determining friction condition.

본 발명에 의한 가압형 ECAP 금형은, 제 1 접촉면과 제 1 접촉면 상에 마련되는 제 1 채널을 갖는 제 1 금형, 제 1 접촉면에 대응하는 제 2 접촉면과 소재가 삽입될 수 있도록 제 1 접촉면으로 노출되는 입구 통로 및 제 1 접촉면과 제 2 접촉면이 서로 접할 때 제 1 채널과 함께 소재가 배출될 수 있는 배출 통로를 형성하도록 제 2 접촉면 상에 마련되는 제 2 채널을 갖는 제 2 금형, 제 2 금형이 슬라이드 이동 가능하게 삽입되는 수용 공간을 갖는 금형 하우징, 금형 하우징과 함께 움직일 수 있도록 금형 하우징에 결합되고 입구 통로에 삽입되는 소재를 가압할 수 있도록 수용 공간에 배치되는 펀치, 제 2 금형에 대해 제 1 금형 쪽으로 탄성력을 가하기 위해 수용 공간에 배치되는 탄성력 제공수단을 포함한다. 본 발명에 의한 가압형 ECAP 금형은 상호 이격될 수 있는 제 1 금형 및 제 2 금형을 포함하는 분리형 금형이므로, 소재의 공급 및 배출이 신속하게 이루어질 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A method for measuring the inside surface roughness for a mold is provided to simply measure the inside surface roughness for a mold using the setting-up of a material and the load and distance of a tip from a back extrusion post-forming product. CONSTITUTION: A method for measuring the inside surface roughness for a mold is as follows. A material having the diameter smaller than the diameter of a cavity(12) is supplied the cavity of a mold(10). The material is set up and back-extruded using punch(30) having the diameter smaller than the diameter of material. The tip distance of moldings(4) shaped with the back extrusion of material is measured.

A tip testing device, a measuring method of shear friction factors using the tip testing device and an estimating method for lubricant characteristics using the tip testing device are provided to reduce manufacturing cost by accurately producing shear friction factors and predicting processes and performing net-shape forming. A tip testing device comprises: a mold(140) in which a mold hole(145) for an extrusion member(120) is formed; a punch which is inserted to a center like the mold hole and pressing the extrusion member; an auxiliary mold(130) which is inserted into the mold hole in order to face the punch and supporting the extrusion member; and a centering unit(150) of the cylindrical shape inserted into the mold hole. The centering unit arranges the extrusion member in the center like the mold hole. The extrusion member is inserted into the mold hole with being inserted into the centering unit. The centering unit has a centering unit hole(155) in which the rod is inserted.

A separation type dies for equal channel angular pressing process with lower loads is provided to prevent a distortion phenomenon of the workpiece that has passed through the equal channel angular pressing process and prevent increase of forming load by easily removing a workpiece without help of an additional sample and removing the interference with workpiece. In a dies for equal channel angular pressing process, a separation type dies for equal channel angular pressing process with lower loads is characterized in that the dies has: an entrance passage(24) which is formed therein, and into which a workpiece is injected; and an exit passage(26) which is formed therein, which intersects with the entrance passage at a predetermined angle, and from which the workpiece is discharged, the dies having a separation face(22) formed on a plane thereof, the plane being parallel to the discharge direction of the workpiece, such that the dies is divided into an upper die part(30) and a lower die part(32). The separation face is positioned between upper and lower faces of the exit passage. The exit passage includes: a shear strain passage(26a) through which a load is applied to the workpiece; and an exit guiding passage(26b) which is linked to an end of the shear strain passage, and has a cross-sectional width larger than that of the shear strain passage.

본 발명은 부피성형 가공시에 압출소재와 금형 사이에 발생하는 전단마찰인자를 측정하는 방법에 있어서, 후방압출을 이용하여 전단마찰인자를 보다 쉽게 측정할 수 있는 측정방법을 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 본 발명에 따르면, 후방압출로서 성형제품을 제작하기 위해 압출소재(30)를 펀치(21)로 가압함에 있어 발생하는 마찰인자를 측정하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 압출소재(30)를 성형다이(11, 13)의 내부에 위치시키고 하중을 가해 성형제품을 제작하는 단계와, 성형제품의 외측면으로부터 상기 성형제품의 후방압출방향으로의 끝점(33)까지의 수직거리(d)를 측정하는 단계와, 상기 측정된 수직거리(d)를 이용하여 마찰인자를 계산하는 단계를 포함하는 마찰인자 측정방법이 제공된다.
