Abstract:
PURPOSE: A metallic oxide hetero-nanowire which is constructed in a longitudinal direction and a synthesizing method thereof are provided to synthesize in large amount through simple core-shell heterogeneous nanowire synthesis and oxidation processes. CONSTITUTION: A synthesizing method of a metallic oxide hetero-nanowire which is constructed in a longitudinal direction comprises the following steps: putting metal oxide compound into a reactor; eliminating remnant oxygen within the reactor by lowering degree of vacuum; increasing inner temperature of the reactor while injecting carrier gas into the reactor; injecting hydrocarbon gas into the reactor; reacting the hydrocarbon gas with the metal oxide compound; synthesizing heterogeneous nanowire consists of intermetallic compound or alloy core; cooling the reactor to room temperature; and oxidizing the heterogeneous nanowire under oxidizing atmosphere while increasing temperature. The metal oxide compound is a mixture of tin oxide and indium oxide. A mixing ratio of the tin oxide to the indium oxide is 6:1-1:6 in weight ratio. The reaction with the metal oxide compound with the hydrocarbon gas is processed at 550-850 deg Celsius and lasts within 2 hours.

PURPOSE: An aerogel mat and a manufacturing method thereof are provided, which use only silicate glass as raw material without supercritical drying. CONSTITUTION: An aerogel mat manufacturing method comprises: a step of obtaining wet gel by putting silicate glass and alcohol into a reaction bath(110) and mixing them; a step of reforming the surface of the wet gel by adding organosilane compound and non-polar organic solvent to the reaction bath and mixing them; a step of separating upper layer solution of mixed solution within the reaction bath and impregnating the upper layer solution in the fibrous matrix; and a step of drying fibrous matrix.

A silk nano-fiber, a method for manufacturing the silk nano-fiber, bio-composite materials using the silk nano-fiber, and a method for manufacturing the bio-composite materials are provided to improve the thermal stability of the silk nano-fiber, by manufacturing the silk nano-fiber using waste silk through an electro-spinning type. A silk fibroin solution is manufactured by using waste silk discharged during a silk fiber manufacturing process(S10). The waste silk fibroin solution is dialyzed(S20). The dialyzed waste silk fibroin is freeze-dried(S30). The freeze-dried waste silk fibroin is dissolved in an organic solution to manufacture a spinning solution(S40). The spinning solution is electro-spun to collect silk nano-fibers(S50). The collected silk nano-fibers are chemically treated(S60).

본발명은흐름양극및 흐름음극의전기적단락에의한이온흡착용량재생방법및 이를적용한담수화장치에관한것으로, 탈염공정과동시에흐름전극이재생되기때문에적은양의전극을소모하면서탈염공정을연속적로진행할수 있다. 본발명에의해흐름양극과흐름음극의공급및 회수라인의통합으로담수화장치의설치면적및 비용을획기적으로감소시킬수 있으며, 전극재생에드는비용을감소시킬수 있으며, 탈염공정으로소모되는흐름전극의양을줄일수 있다.
