Abstract: PURPOSE: A real time fuel cell simulator is provided, for simulating the dynamic and stationary operation characteristic of a fuel cell without a fuel cell in real time under the same condition to the operation condition of the real operated fuel cell system. CONSTITUTION: The real time fuel cell simulator comprises a power system(31), and an information processing and control system(32). The power system(31) comprises an energy supply device(31A) for supplying a direct current; and a power transformation device(31B) for transforming the power from the energy supply device into a direct power of desired voltage and current. The information processing and control system(32) comprises a data communication part(32A); a fuel cell information storage device(32C); an operation point estimation part(32B) for comparing the output characteristic of a fuel cell provided from the fuel cell information storage device(32C) with the operation condition and the external loading condition input through the data communication part(32A) and estimating the output voltage of the power system for allowing a real fuel cell to be operated and the position of the operation point respective to the current; and an active characteristic embodiment module(32D) for controlling the retention time and raising time for the measured real voltage and current to reach the operation point estimated at the operation estimation part(32B) and making the estimated point to coincide with the real measured value.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a LED fish-luring light less affected by waves. The LED fish-luring light in the present invention comprises: a standard omnidirectional light emitting unit emitting light in any one benchmark direction among every direction of a housing forming a frame; an upper omnidirectional light emitting unit in which a LED emitting light in the upper direction, among every direction of the housing, than the direction of light emitted from the standard omnidirectional light emitting unit is installed; a lower omnidirectional light emitting unit in which a LED emitting light in the lower direction, among every direction of the housing, than the direction of light emitted from the standard omnidirectional light emitting unit is installed; a standard lateral light emitting unit in which a LED emitting light in any one lateral direction among lateral directions of the housing forming the frame; an upper lateral light emitting unit in which a LED emitting light in the upper direction, among lateral directions of the housing, than the direction of light emitted from the standard lateral light emitting unit is installed; a lower lateral light emitting unit in which a LED emitting light in the lower direction, among lateral directions of the housing, than the direction of light emitted from the standard lateral light emitting unit is installed. The LED fish-luring light in the present invention has features of: having an excellent effect in luring fishes if it is installed in the ship; having high energy efficiency; preventing the reduction of fish catches; and maintaining the luring effect even if the ship, in which the fish-luring light is installed, is tossed by waves.
