Abstract:
A method for balancing cells of a battery module is provided to balance voltages of at least two battery cells included in a battery module by a battery management system (BMS). The method for balancing cells of a battery module includes the steps of: (a) measuring, by a measuring unit included in a BMS, an open circuit voltage (OCV) which is a charge voltage of each of battery cells; (b) setting, by a control unit of the BMS, a voltage included among the measured OCVs as a balancing voltage; (c) controlling, by the control unit of BMS, the respective battery cells having the measured OCVs which are higher than the balancing voltage to be balanced to have the balancing voltage by discharging currents to resistance based on the set balancing voltage by controlling a switch circuit which is included in a cell balancing unit of the BMS and is electrically connected to the resistance; and (d) controlling, by the control unit of the BMS, the respective battery cells having the measured OCVs which are lower than the balancing voltage to be balanced to have the balancing voltage by injecting currents of a current source into the respective battery cells having the measured OCVs which are lower than the balancing voltage by controlling the switch circuit which is included in the cell balancing unit and is electrically connected to the current source.

A method of estimating a state of charge of a battery relates to a method of estimating the state of charge (SOC) of a battery module having at least one battery cell through a battery management system (BMS) which includes (a) a step where a measuring unit included in the battery management system measures the off potential, which is the open circuit voltage of the battery cell; and (b) a step where a control unit of the battery management system estimates the state of charge corresponding with the off potential measured in step (a) based on a lookup table. The lookup table includes battery cell temperature, charging and discharging numbers and state of charge (SOC) corresponding with the off potential according to the discharge current amount.

PURPOSE: An intelligence power charging system and a control method thereof are provided to establish stable power supply plan by constructing a charge infra for efficiently supplying electricity with a region as a unit. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of magnetic field meters receives user requirement information from a user and transfers electricity to the user. The plurality of magnetic field meters stores the user requirement information and state information. A maternal line transmits and receives data with the plurality of magnetic field meters. The maternal line commands in order to control supply power amount of the plurality of magnetic field meters. A management server(400) is connected with the maternal line through a network. The management server manages the plurality of magnetic field meters and the maternal line.

본 발명은 개인 PC와 연동하는 웹 PC 제공 시스템 및 그 웹 PC 제공 방법으로서, 사용자가 웹 서버로부터 개인 PC의 바탕 화면을 제공받아 웹 환경에서 데이터 작업을 수행하고, 변경된 데이터 내역은 PC의 데이터와 동기화되어 데이터의 동일성을 상호 유지한다. 본 발명에 따르는 개인 PC와 연동하는 웹 PC 제공 시스템은, 동기화가 설정된 데이터의 동일성을 유지하는 동기화 프로그램을 사용자 단말로 제공하는 수단; 사용자 단말로부터 동기화 대상이 되는 PC 바탕 화면에 대한 정보를 전송받고 웹 바탕 화면으로 저장하는 수단; 사용자 단말로부터 동기화 대상이 되는 PC 폴더를 지정받고 PC 폴더의 데이터를 전송받아 웹 폴더에 저장하는 수단; 웹 서버에서 상기 웹 바탕 화면을 이용하는 사용자의 웹 PC 작업에 의하여 변경된 데이터를 동기화 프로그램으로 전송하여 데이터의 동일성을 유지하는 수단; 사용자 단말에서 사용자의 로컬 PC 작업에 의하여 변경된 데이터를 동기화 프로그램으로부터 전송받아 데이터의 동일성을 유지하는 수단을 포함하는 웹 서버를 구비한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 사용자는 웹 PC 작업시 자신의 PC와 동일한 바탕 화면을 제공받아 웹 어플리케이션을 실행하고 PC 데이터와 서버 데이터는 상호 동기화되어 그 데이터의 동일성을 유지한다.

PURPOSE: A power controlling system for a street lamp is provided to reduce time for fixing a broken street lamp by applying power to normal street lamps excluding the broken street lamp. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of street lamps is divided into a plurality of groups. Each group is composed of a first sub-group and a second sub-group. Cabinet panels are installed between the divided groups. The cabinet panels include a plurality of power switching parts. One power switching part controls the power of one sub-group. The abnormality of a street lamp is detected by the cabinet panels. Power is supplied to street lamps excluding a broken street lamp.

A web wallpaper setter(22) receives set up of a synchronized wallpaper. A web folder setter(23) receives set up of a synchronized folder. A web folder management unit(24) transmits web folder data changed by a web PC(Personal Computer) task. A PC folder management unit(25) receives PC folder data changed by a local pc task.

PURPOSE: A circuit of generating a local signal for a wireless communication device is provided to use a Gaussian monocycle oscillator during narrowband RF and microwave communication, and to use ultrawideband properties of a pulse, thereby solving multipath fading, multipath time delay, jamming, and signal interferences. CONSTITUTION: A square wave oscillator(10) generates a square wave. A non linear transmission line unit(20) generates pulses on a rising edge and a falling edge only of the generated square wave. A differential circuit(30) differentiates generated pulse signals. An amplifier(40) amplifies outputs of the differentiated signals. The non linear transmission line unit(20) comprises as follows. One end of the first inductor(L1) is connected to a collector of a transistor(Q1). One end of the second inductor(L2) is connected to the other end of the first inductor(L1). The first varactor diode(D1) is connected between common connection points of the first and the second inductors(L1,L2) and a ground. The second varactor diode(D2) is connected between the common connection points of the first and the second inductors(L1,L2) and the other end of the second inductor(L2). A resistance(R2) is connected between common connection points of the second inductor(L2) and the second varactor diode(D2) and the ground.
