Abstract: 본 발명은 연료전지용 스택 구조물에 관한 것으로, 스택 상부구조물과, 스택 하부구조물 및 분리판을 포함하는 스택 구조물에 있어서; 상기 스택 상,하부구조물의 내부에 빈 공간을 마련하고, 상기 공간을 분리시켜 연료기체 및 공기를 흡기하거나 배기하는 다수의 분기관을 형성하는 격막과; 상기 격막에 의해 형성된 다수의 분기관상에 형성되고, 스택의 매니폴드구멍들과 연결되는 연료기체 및 공기 흡,배기 매니폴드구멍들과; 상기 분기관상에 형성되고 외부 배관과 연결하는 개구부를 포함하여 구성된다.
이에 따라, 본 발명은 스택 하부구조물 또는 스택 상부구조물의 외부에 마련되던 분기관을 각각 그들의 내부에 내장하도록 설계함으로써 외관이 간단하고 미려하며, 경량화가 가능하고, 면압장치의 설치 및 단열작업의 편의성이 향상되며, 내부 열교환에 따른 스택 효율도 향상되는 효과를 제공한다.

Abstract: 본 발명은 탄화수소발생장치를 포함하는 용융탄산염연료전지시스템에 관한 것이다. 개시발명은 산소와 이산화탄소를 공급받아 탄산염 이온을 생성하는 공기극, 공기극에서 생성된 탄산염 이온을 흡수하는 전해질, 및 전해질로부터 공급받은 탄산염 이온과 배관을 통하여 공급받은 수소를 포함하는 연료를 반응시켜 물과 이산화탄소를 포함하는 연료극배가스를 생성하는 연료극으로 이루어지는 연료전지; 및 연료전지의 연료극으로부터 연료극배가스를 공급받아 탄화수소반응에 의하여 탄화수소를 발생시키는 탄화수소발생장치;를 포함한다. 따라서, 연료극의 배가스에 포함되어 있는 일산화탄소나 이산화탄소 등의 가스를 탄화수소화하여 저장, 공급하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A catalyst for inner reforming type molten carbonate fuel cells is provided to ensure excellent poisoning resistance against electrolyte and to stably supply hydrogen in a long-term operation. CONSTITUTION: A catalyst for inner reforming type molten carbonate fuel cells is used for methane steam reforming reaction of a fuel cell. The active material is nickel and the carrier is magnesium-silica complex oxide. A method for manufacturing the catalyst comprises the steps of: dipping nickel in an MgSiO3 carrier; drying a catalyst precursor in which the nickel is dipped; and sintering the dried catalyst precursor to prepare a catalyst precursor.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An automatic compression apparatus for a fuel cell stack and a control method thereof are provided to regularly maintain a displacement of a stack upper plate and to maintain pressure applied to an upper plate of a stack between minimum stress and allowance stress. Abstract: A stack structure for a fuel cell is provided to reduce the volume of a stack and to simplify the structure, thereby facilitating disposition of a surface pressure system and heat insulation work, to enable production of a low-weight stack, and to improve the efficiency. A stack structure for a fuel cell comprises an upper stack structure, a lower stack structure(500) and bipolar plates. The stack structure further comprises: partitions dividing an empty space provided in the lower stack structure to form a plurality of branches(511,512,521,522) for sucking and evacuating fuel gas and air; suction/evacuation manifold openings(541,542,543,544) for fuel gas and air formed on the branches formed by the partitions and connected to manifold holes of the stack; and an opening formed on the branches and connected to the branches to external pipes.

Abstract: A bilayer film for long-term storage of a green sheet as a constituent of a molten carbonate fuel cell is provided to prevent the constituent from being damaged by adhesion between one sheet surface and another sheet surface while the green sheets are stored by winding around a core. Abstract: A method for preparing a separator plate of a fuel cell is provided to form a nickel coating layer on a separator plate through an inexpensive and simple process. A method for preparing a separator plate of a fuel cell(100) includes the steps of: mixing a nickel oxide powder with a vehicle to prepare a coating composition; coating a separator plate with the coating composition; and heat-treating the coated separator plate in a reductive atmosphere. The nickel oxide powder has an average particle size of 20 micron or smaller. The vehicle is mixed with 100 parts by weight of the nickel oxide powder in an amount of 10-40 parts by weight.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A laser welding method is provided to improve the quality by minimizing a transformation. CONSTITUTION: Fixing devices(20,21) are installed in a material for a fuel cell to press the material with appropriate load by having the excellent thermal conductivity and maintaining the appropriate mechanical strength. Passages of protecting gas are formed inside the fixing devices to cool excessive heat and to prevent an oxidation. A curvature is given to the fixing devices to prevent a cold transformation of the material. A small ventilation space(50) is formed in a contacted portion of the upper fixing device(20).
