Abstract: A system and a method for searching information by using synonyms are provided to generate synonyms by using alphabets or characters in the similar pronunciation or shape automatically and carry out data search from a searching object database by using the generated synonyms in a wide range. A system for searching information by using synonyms includes a synonym database(30) for storing synonyms, and a similar Korean character database(50) for storing numerals and Korean alphabets apt to be confused in computer optical character recognition or combinations of the Korean alphabets. A similar Korean alphabet synonym generating unit(80) generates a plurality of synonyms automatically from synonym data stored in the synonym storing unit and combination of the stored numerals and Korean alphabets or the Korean alphabet combination stored in the similar Korean character storing unit as a requested work is input, and provides the generated synonyms to a database inquiry part(100). The database inquiry part searches data from a searching object database(110) by using the synonyms stored in the synonym storing unit and the synonyms generated by the similar Korean alphabet synonym generating unit.

본 발명은 수취인의 주소가 변경되거나 배달이 불가능한 회송우편물을 변경된 주소로 자동 전송하거나 발송인에게 반송 또는 폐기할 경우에, 전송우편물 및 반송우편물의 구분 작업을 자동화함으로써, 회송우편물에 대한 전송 및 반송 처리 작업을 신속하고 정확하게 할 수 있고, 또한 회송우편물에 대한 전송 및 반송 작업에 소요되는 처리 원가를 절감할 수 있는 회송우편물 자동 처리 시스템 및 그 방법을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있음.
3. 발명의 해결방법의 요지
본 발명은, 회송우편물 자동 처리 시스템에 있어서, 회송우편물을 공급하기 위한 회송우편물 공급 수단; 상기 회송우편물 공급 수단을 통하여 공급되는 회송우편물의 우편물 영상(이미지)을 획득하기 위한 우편물 영상 획득 수단; 상기 우편물 영상 획득 수단에서 획득한 우편물 영상을 인식하여 회송 사유 및 반송 가능 여부를 판단하여 전송우편물인지 반송우편물인지 기타 우편물인지를 인식하여 유형별로 구분 적재를 결정하기 위한 회송우편물 구분 수단; 상기 회송우편물 구분 수단의 결정 결과에 따라 해당 우편물의 구분칸을 할당하기 위한 우편물 구분칸 할당 수단; 및 상기 우편물 구분칸 할당 수단으로부터의 전송우편물에 대한 전송주소를 인 쇄하여 해당 전송우편물에 부착하기 위한 전송주소 인쇄 및 부착 수단을 포함함.

Abstract: A method for coding mail address information video is provided to improve the productivity of a video coding operation. When mail images in which address information of a mail has not been read are inputted on a monitor of a video coding desk, the mail images are distributed according to each address information recognition level(S10). The mail images having a similar arrival order are grouped such that their address information-recognized area is the same to thus determine a video coding priority level(S20). It is checked whether address information of the mail images are number information or character information(S30). If the address information of the mail image is number information, the address information is video-coded to a delivery store code through simple keypad input(S40). If the address information is character information, corresponding address information automatically selected based on the pass processing statistical information is selected or the corresponding address information is video-coded into the delivery store code through character keypad input(S50).
