Abstract: 본 발명은 디지털 음성통신에서 음성을 압축시키는 CELP형 음성 부호화기의 피치 검색시간을 단축하는 보코더용 피치검색 시간 단축법에 관한 것으로서, 특히, 입력되는 음성신호의 일정 구간에 대하여 봉우리와 골을 검출하여 예비피치로 정하는 데시메이션 기법을 적용하여 예비피치에 대해서만 피치검색을 수행하여 CELP보코더의 실현시에 음질의 저하없이 보코더 전체 처리과정을 상당히 줄일 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Abstract: 본 발명은 제1포만트 주파수(F1)와 기본주파수(F10)의 비율을 이용한 피치 검색시간 단축 방법에 관한 것으로서 스펙트럼 평균 크기 차이함수(SADMF)를 계산하여 제1포만트 주파수(F1)와 기본 주파수(F0) 비율을 구한 다음 LSP의 제1포인트 주파수와 검출의 정확도를 확인하는 단계와, 이 파라미터를 사용하여 예비피치들을 구한 후 이들에 대해서만 예비피치 검색을 수행하는 단계를 수행하여 CLEP 보코더의 실현시에 음질의 저하없이 보코더 전체 처리과정의 86%정도를 줄일 수 있고 또한 피치검색시에 줄인 계산량 만큼의 처리과정을 다른 서비스 기능을 위해 사용할 수 있으므로 경제적인 CELP보코더 시스템을 설계할 수 있는 것이다.

Abstract: In the pitch searching method of the voice signal at the voice signal coding process by the vocoder, the method comprises the steps of: detecting the positive interval of the correlation which is high self-correlation among pitch relay values of the mixed signal from the remained signal of the voice signal, selecting the pitch searching interval, and excluding a negative interval of the remained correlation from the pitch searching interval by using symmetrical characteristics of the self correlation.

Abstract: when the content of an IR block is a repeated command word, asserting a command word "load-baf"; inputting a command word "Count-org" to a counter buffer, the command word "RE-org" to a RE buffer, and another command word "RS-org" to a RS buffer; if the repeated command word is one, asserting a command word "dec-cb" to thereby reduce the content of the counter buffer by 1; asserting the command word "freeze-pc" to thereby avoid a fact that the content of the PC is updated; asserting the other command word "load-rs" in case of fetching the command word to thereby transfer the command word to the counter block, the RE block, and the RS block, respectively; in case that the last command word is fetched, asserting the command word "load-rs" to thereby load the RS block in the PC block; and asserting a command word "dec-c" to thereby reduce the content of the counter block.
