PURPOSE: A method for converting a mobile web application to a native application and a device using the method are provided to keep open API and mash-up functions and to be optimized to a portable mobile. CONSTITUTION: Either the uniform resource locator(URL) of a web execution document or the URL of a local file is provided(S900). The web execution document executes a mobile web application. Based on the provided URL, the user interface element of the mobile web application is separated and analyzed(S910). The analyzed UI element is mapped to a native control executing a native application(S930). The mobile web application is converted into the native application.

PURPOSE: A digital content access control device is provided to apply the digital content to all fields by controlling the digital content access and usage on the basis of the binary differences. CONSTITUTION: A graded digital content packager(30) configures the access and the use control information. An access and use control rights object issuing server(20) issues the access and user control rights object. A digital content web server presents the packaging digital content information in which the access and use are controlled. A digital contents download server(40) delivers the presented digital content to a device. A digital content player(50) outputs the digital content.

Provided is a method of distributing a web application and a widget created in a mobile mashup development system. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a channel accessing the web application and the widget created in the mobile mashup development system can be simplified and time and cost for distributing the web application and the widget through a launcher program can be saved by managing and executing the web application and the widget in a mobile device.
