Abstract: 제한속도 위반하는 차량을 단속하는 장치는 차량에 해당하는 속도 위반 횟수와 최대 속도 위반 횟수를 초기화하고, 차량의 제한속도를 특정 영역 또는 도로 상의 특정 구간 내지 시간 대 별로 결정하고, 현재 차량의 주행속도를 수집한다. 다음, 장치는 주행속도가 제한속도보다 빠른 경우, 속도 위반 카운트 수를 카운터하고, 카운터한 속도 위반 횟수가 최대 위반 횟수 이상인 경우에 차량이 제한속도를 위반한 위반 차량인 것으로 판단하여, 위반 차량을 단속한다. 또한, 제한속도 위반하는 차량을 단속하는 장치는 차량 내에 위치하는 단말 또는 차량 외부에 위치하는 서버에 적용할 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus having function of notifying traffic information and an operating method thereof is provided to transmit a traffic center sever to a corresponding vehicle by clicking the traffic alarm button of a vehicle terminal. CONSTITUTION: A button input unit includes a traffic alarm button corresponding to traffic conditions and outputs a traffic condition controls signal when the traffic alarm button is pushed. Traffic condition sensor sense a vehicle and the traffic condition around the vehicle. A storage unit stores traffic condition information which is detected through the traffic condition sensor. The controller collects traffic conditions from the traffic conditions senor or the storage unit when the traffic condition control signal is outputted(70).

CONSTITUTION: In a method and device for detecting speeding vehicles, an initialization unit(110) initializes the number of speed violation and the number of maximum speed violation. Abstract: A system and a method for providing a CAS(Context-Aware Service) are provided to determine whether to provide a service suitable for a current context although all context information has not been collected for a service requested by the user. A CAS is registered in a context aware server by a client or various multimedia tools and it is checked whether required sensors related to the CAS have been all registered(S710,S720). When all the required sensors have been registered, an identifier of the CAS is stored and contexts related to the CAS are checked(S730). If at least one or more of the required sensors have not been registered, an identifier of the corresponding CAS is stored and the CAS-related sensors and context are checked(S740). When checking of the sensor and/or context is completed for the single registered CAS, the CAS requested by the client is performed(S750). When a CAS removal request is received through the client or the various multimedia tools, context is checked to remove the context with respect to the CAS(S780).
