PURPOSE: A liquid sample analysis chip reading system, an analysis method using thereof, and a ubiquitous reading system are provided to effectively obtain the optical sensing result accurately, and to receive or transfer the optical sensing result to a remote site. CONSTITUTION: A ubiquitous liquid sample analysis chip reading system(100) comprises the following; an analysis chip(210) including three sensors applied with the same samples; a lighting-emitting area(132) including three light sources emitting each colors; three light guide paths; a photo diode(134) including three light receiving devices; a controller(118) for analyzing the electric signal transformed by the photo diode; a display unit(120) displaying the result from the controller; and a communication unit for transferring the result.

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a fine membrane filter having an opening having nanoscopic width by photo lithography process or electron-beam lithography process is provided. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a fine filter comprises: a step of forming a mold(30) having a first width protrusion(36); a step of forming filter membrane(42) at one side of a substrate; a step of coating a resist film on the filter membrane; a step of forming a resist pattern having a first opening to contact with the filter membrane; a step of forming a second opening by etching the filter membrane using a etching mask; a step of removing the resist film; and a step of exposing the opening of the filter membrane.

An apparatus and a method for searching PS-SPCL (positional scanning synthetic peptide combinatorial library) using a SPR (surface plasmon resonance) are provided to analyze a two-dimensional image, observe the degree of reaction with subject material each peptide pool at once and easily detect proper amino acid. A method for searching PS-SPCL using a surface Plasmon resonance (SPR) comprises: a step of fixing a plurality of peptide pools through covalent bond on the upper side of each metal thin film; a step of inserting a special material on the upper side of the metal thin film; a step of applying the light of TM mode on the lower side of the metal thin film; and a step of detecting reflected light of TM mode and brightness of each point on the two dimension surface through CCD (chargecoupled device) or CMOS (complementary metal-oxide semiconductor) image sensor. An apparatus for searching PS-SPCL comprises: a PS-SPCL chip containing metal thin film(32) and flat transparent dielectric substance substrate(31); an incident light supplying part(45) which provides an incident light(43) of TM mode; a prism which transfers the incident light and discharge the reflected light from the metal thin film; a reflected light detection part(46) which shows in a two dimensional image; and a signal processing part(47).

A portable small cell incubator is provided to supply gas which is necessary in culturing animal cell and regulate the temperature of culture medium. A portable small cell incubator contains an upper plate(100), lower plate(300) and middle thin film(200). The upper plate contains a minute heat wire(110) and medium storage space(130) by PDMS(polydimethylsiloxane). The lower plate contains a storage space(330) of liquid and solid and gas movement channel. A method for manufacturing the incubator comprises: a step of depositing a metal on the lower plate; a step of forming minute heat wire; a step of attaching a PDMS(polydimethylsiloxane) film on the upper side of lower plate; a step of attaching PDMS thin film having gas permeability on the upper side of gas movement channel; and a step of attaching the upper plate.

PURPOSE: A device for storing a reagent and a method for discharging the reagent are provided to supply the stored reagent to biochips on the basis of magnetic and elastic forces. CONSTITUTION: A device for storing a reagent(100) includes an elastic film pressurizing unit and a reagent discharging unit. The elastic film pressurizing unit pressurizes an elastic film on the basis of a magnetic force. The reagent discharging unit stores the reagent and discharges the reagent through an outlet using the transformation of the elastic film by the pressurization. A method for discharging the reagent includes: a step of pressurizing the elastic film; and a step of discharging the reagent from the device.
