Abstract: 본 발명은 요청된 임무들의 종료 시각을 계산한 후 상기 종료 시각이 가장 빠른 임무를 선택된 임무로 설정하고, 상기 선택된 임무를 먼저 수행하면 상기 요청된 임무들 중 다른 임무가 스케줄에서 탈락될 가능성이 있는지 조사하고, 상기 탈락될 가능성이 있는 상기 다른 임무 중 상기 다른 임무를 먼저 수행하면 상기 선택된 임무와 함께 수행될 수 있는 임무가 있을 경우, 그 중 하나의 임무를 스케줄에 추가시키고, 상기 탈락될 가능성이 있는 상기 다른 임무 중 상기 선택된 임무와 함께 수행될 수 있는 임무가 없을 경우, 상기 선택된 임무를 스케줄에 추가시키는 위성 임무 스케줄링 방법이다.

Abstract: 2계층 정보를 이용한 모바일 IP 망의 핸드오버 지원장치 및 방법이 개시된다. 핸드오버 지원장치는 접속중인 제1네트워크에서 신규한 제2네트워크로의 핸드오버를 예측한 이동단말로부터 홈서버에 제2네트워크의 주소 등록을 지시하는 등록요청메시지를 수신하고, 수신된 등록요청메시지를 홈서버에 전송하여 제2네트워크의 주소 등록 및 이동단말을 향한 데이터의 제2네트워크로의 터널링을 지시하고, 이동단말이 제2네트워크에 접속할 때까지 터널링된 데이터를 제1네트워크로 포워딩함으로써 모바일 IP 망에서 이동단말에게 버퍼링 없이도 끊김 없는 멀티미디어 서비스를 제공한다.

Abstract: An integrated system and a method for controlling a stationary satellite by controlling satellite control data for the satellite control at different time are provided to control a plurality of satellites having different orbit by using one satellite system easily. A satellite control part(210) individually formulates each task project on order that each task project for the moving satellite and stationary satellite is performed in the different time. A satellite control data processing part(220) produces a remote command for the satellite control according to individually setting up each task. A satellite control data transmitter/receiver(230) transmits the generated remote command to the corresponding satellite in the different time. The telemetry from each satellite is delivered to the satellite control data processing block.

Abstract: A route guidance system and a method for providing the optimum route information including transfer route are provided to obtain the optimum route information through communications with the route guidance apparatus installed within the public transport. A terminal transmits a route information require-message including the movement route information which a user inputs to the route guidance apparatus(S106). One or more route corresponding to the movement route information received from the terminal is searched. The information about the route searched is transferred to the center server(S107). The real-time traffic information corresponding to the route searched is received from the center server(S108). One is selected as the optimum route out of one or more route based on the real-time traffic information corresponding to the route searched. The information about the optimum route is transmitted to the terminal(S109).

Abstract: A GNSS(Global Navigation Satellite System) navigation receiver and an operation method thereof are provided to shorten a TTFF(Time to First Fix) by generating valid ephemeris information by an estimation of a present time and a position. A GNSS navigation receiver includes a RF receiving part(210), a demodulating part(220), a navigation data generating part(230), a time/position estimating part(240), an ephemeris information generating part(250), a memory part(260), and a control part(270). The RF receiving part receives a GNSS navigation satellite signal from a GNSS satellite, and outputs a digital data after converting the GNSS navigation satellite signal. The demodulating part demodulates the outputted digital data, and searches a frequency uncertainty and a code delay, and demodulates an original signal from the digital data through a demodulating process. The navigation data generating part generates a navigation data by using the demodulated digital data, extracts information related to navigation information from the demodulated digital data, and generates a navigation data based on the extracted information.
