Ramalina

terebrata 로부터 분리한 라말린의 신규한 용도인 항염증 활성에 관한 것으로, 더욱 자세하게는 라말린을 유효성분으로 함유하는 약학조성물에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 라말린은 천연물 유래의 물질로 독성 및 부작용이 없으며, iNOS(산화질소생성효소)의 발현을 전사단계에서 억제하여 염증 반응의 핵심 매개물질인 NO(산화질소)의 생성을 현저히 억제하고, 염증매개전구물질인 NF-κB의 활성화를 억제하고, p38 MAPK, ERK1/2 및 JNK 신호전달 경로를 억제하고, LPS 수용체인 TLR4의 발현도 억제한 결과 나타나는 탁월한 항염증 효과를 가지므로, 이를 함유하는 조성물은 염증질환 또는 면역질환들을 근본적으로 치료하고 예방할 뿐만 아니라 증상을 완화 및 개선시키는데 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A composition containing ohioensin F which is derived from Polytrichastrum alpinum for preventing or treating atherosclerosis is provided to suppress the expression of a cell adhesion molecule induced by TNF-alpha. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating artherosclerosis contains 0.01-10 wt% of ohioensin F denoted by chemical formula I, which is a benzonaphthoxanthenone-based compound, as an active ingredient. Ohioensin F suppresses the expression of a cell adhesion molecule induced by TNF-alpha. The cell adhesion molecule is ICAM-1 and VCAM-1.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供含有源自Polytrichastrum alpinum的用于预防或治疗动脉粥样硬化的异丙肾上腺素F的组合物，以抑制TNF-α诱导的细胞粘附分子的表达。 构成：用于预防或治疗动脉粥样硬化的药物组合物含有作为活性成分的作为苯并萘并呫吨酮类化合物的化学式I所表示的奥昔金霉素F的0.01-10重量％。 俄亥俄素F抑制TNF-α诱导的细胞粘附分子的表达。 细胞粘附分子是ICAM-1和VCAM-1。

Abstract: PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition containing ramalin isolated from Ramalina terebrata is provided to suppress NO generation without toxicity and side effect. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating inflammatory diseases or immune diseases contains ramalin of chemical formula 1 or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient. The composition additionally contains a carrier, excipient, or diluent. The composition is formulated and combined with anti-histamine agent, anti-inflammatory analgesic agent, anti-cancer drug, and antibiotics. A functional food for preventing or treating inflammatory diseases or immune diseases contains ramalin of chemical formula 1 as an active ingredient.
