Abstract: The present invention relates to a turbine generator with a measurable torque and a wave power generation system using the same. According to the present invention, the problems of an existing turbine generator are solved so that equipment costs, maintenance costs, and power loss can be reduced by simplifying components and power transmission processes, and so that a turbine generator with a measurable torque capable of being measured by an existing torque sensor and a wave power generation system using the same can be provided. The existing problems include the power loss being large due to oscillating flow energy, which is from a fluid and rotates a turbine, must pass through a large number of the components, and shafts not rotating while the outer enclosure rotates, hence actually applied torque is not measured by an ordinary method for measuring the torque by inserting the torque sensor between the shafts.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method to effectively eliminate noise included in a signal measured by an oscillating wave column type wave generation system. The present invention provides a maximum power point tracking algorithm for an oscillating wave column type wave generation system to improve noise elimination properties by segregating the signal by certain frequency bands, adjusting the threshold noise in a specific frequency band and flexibly eliminating noise; and to maximize the output of the system by correcting the errors of a turbine characteristic curve or tracking the turbine characteristic curve based on the data obtained by an experiment.
