Abstract: 본 발명은 자동차용 툴박스의 적재물 고정장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 트럭의 일측에 공구나 기타 소형물품 등을 보관하기 위해 구비되어 있는 툴박스에서 주행시(툴박스의 도어가 닫힌 경우)에는 내부의 적재물 들이 유동되지 않도록 고정시키는 자동차용 툴박스의 적재물 고정장치에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은, 트럭에서 공구나 소형물품 등을 적재하기 위해 마련된 것으로, 박스 형상의 몸체에 힌지를 매개로 개폐되는 도어를 갖는 자동차용 툴박스에 있어서, 상기 몸체의 양측에 상하로 이동 가능하게 설치된 승강수단; 상기 양쪽의 승강수단과 결합되어 몸체에 수평하게 놓이며 승강수단의 하강에 의해 몸체 내부에 적재된 적재물을 누르는 가압부재; 상기 승강수단에 상승력이 제공되도록 승강수단과 몸체 사이에 설치된 탄성부재; 상기 도어가 닫히면 상기 가압부재가 몸체 내부의 적재물을 누를 수 있도록 상기 승강수단에 하강력을 제공하고 상기 도어가 열리면 상기 승강수단에 제공되던 하강력이 제거되도록, 상기 승강수단과 상기 도어간에 연결된 연결수단;을 포함하는 자동차용 툴박스의 적재물 고정장치이다.-

Abstract: PURPOSE: Connection structure of exhaust pipes is provided to increase rigidity of a flange part and reduce the weight of the flange part by making a flange of a plastic material. CONSTITUTION: In connection structure of exhaust pipes(20), a flange(30), connecting the ends of the exhaust pipes is made of a synthetic resin material of a circular pipe shape. The flange is heated to extend the diameter of the flange, in connecting the exhaust pipes. The ends of the exhaust pipes are fitted to both sides of the flange and the exhaust pipes are connected by contraction force. The inner diameter of the flange is smaller than the outer diameter of the exhaust pipe before heating.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A shock absorbing structure of a vehicle is provided to minimize the transmission of a cowl panel and to secure the safety of passengers by bending an extension bracket around a curved portion when strong shock is transmitted from an engine room to an indoor. CONSTITUTION: An extension bracket(3) is combined with a steering column mounting plate(1) by a bolt(4). A curved portion(3a) is formed in the extension bracket(3). A notch groove(4a) is formed in a screw portion of the bolt. In transmitting strong shock to an indoor through an engine room, the extension bracket is bent around the curved portion. Thereby, the shock is absorbed and the push of the steering column mounting plate is minimized. Therefore, the safety of a driver is secured maximally.

CONSTITUTION: A knee protecting apparatus includes a plastic cover(11) formed with a plurality of ribs(11a), which are arranged in equidistance. A crush bracket(12) is coupled to a cowl cross member and a center support bracket of an instrument panel by using a bolt. The crush bracket(12) is provided with a rib member(12a). The rib member(12a) is broken when an external impact is applied to a knee of the occupant of the vehicle.
