Abstract: PURPOSE: A control system and method of an engine is provided to bring about efficient fuel consumption by interrupting the operation of one or two injectors at the driving area where a large engine output is not needed. CONSTITUTION: A control system and method of an engine comprises an ignition switch(1) generating on/off signal according to the operation of an ignition key, a water temperature sensor(3) detecting the temperature of a coolant, a vehicle speed sensor(5) detecting the running speed of a vehicle, a throttle position sensor(7) detecting the opening degree of a throttle, and an ECU detecting and determining the condition of the operation of the engine and driving of the vehicle by the signals of the ignition switch, the water temperature sensor, the vehicle speed sensor, and the throttle position sensor.

Abstract: 본 발명은 엔진의 보기류 구동방법에 관한 것이다.
보다 상세하게는 엔진의 크랭크 샤프트로부터 동력을 받아 작동하는 보기류 이를테면, 올터네이터(Alternator), 에어컨 압축기, 파워 스티어링 오일펌프들은 모두가 크랭크 샤프트 폴리에 V벨트를 연결하여 구동되고 있기 때문에 크랭크 샤프트 폴리를 비롯하여 크랭크 샤프트까지 비틀림과 벤딩 진동이 발생하여 엔진의 NVH가 좋치 않은 문제점이 있었다.
본 발명의 목적은 위와 같은 종래의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 상기 보기류중에서 올터네이터나 파워 스티어링 오일펌프중의 하나를 플라이 휠 링기어에 구동시키므로서 크랭크 샤프트 풀리 2개중 그 한개를 삭제할 수 있으므로 크랭크 샤프트의 비틀림 및 벤딩 진동을 억제시킬 뿐만 아니라 플라이 휠의 공진도 억제할 수 있어 엔진의 NVH를 향상시킬 수 있게 한 것이다.
