Abstract: PURPOSE: A part disassembling apparatus of a waste vehicle is provided to reduce working hours, and to work safely by disassembling parts promptly with adjusting the working position according to the position of the part. CONSTITUTION: A part disassembling device of a waste vehicle is composed of a clamp unit(10) holding and fixing a part such as a front bumper, a rear bumper or a crash pad; an arm part(20) moving the clamp unit multi-axially; and a hydraulic unit supplying operational force to the clamp unit and the arm part by a controller(30). The clamp unit fixes the part by a scissors member including toothed protrusions, and transfers the parts by the arm part. The arm part has a base plate(21), a driving plate(27), upper and lower supporting bars, and a four-axis rotary cylinder. The working position is adjusted according to the position of the part installed in the waste vehicle by moving the clamp unit variously. Working hours are reduced, and parts are eliminated conveniently.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for creating an image file of an electric circuit drawing for a vehicle is provided to reduce human power and time being inputted for chasing a signal and prevent an error with respect to the signal chase by removing a cost necessary for purchasing an exclusive device and software for inquiring an electronic circuit drawing. CONSTITUTION: An electric circuit drawing preparing system creates electric circuit drawings according to each part of a vehicle being developed currently through a developing software as a printable exclusive image file through a printer(S100). A coordinate for checking a position of a component and a connector in a circuit drawing is extracted from signal input/output information included in each exclusive image file. A list is prepared. A coordinate system file including information with respect to an operation and an introduction of a signal input/output on each coordinate is created(S200). A script file including information with respect to a signal input/output and coordinate information and information for creating a general image file is created(S300). A table of a circuit drawing name and an image file from each circuit drawing is created as an index file. A circuit, created by a file and an image having a table of new coordinate system and signal information, is linked using a standard coordinate file predefined according to difference of a coordinate system of the file and new image file. An image file capable of chasing a signal is created(S400). The image file is registered in a database(S500).
