Abstract: A steering wheel of a vehicle is provided to secure a visual field of drivers for an instrument panel by changing a state for expanding the visual field of the driver for the instrument panel and a state for forming an exterior shape of the steering wheel by pressing a movable unit. A steering wheel(1) of a vehicle is composed of a ring(5) having a space part(3) in a central section of the steering wheel; a movable unit(7) installed to move rectilinearly in the space part of the ring along a radial direction of the steering wheel; a spring(9) disposed between the ring and the movable unit to hold the movable unit elastically supported toward the center of the steering wheel; and a fixing unit(11) for settling that the movable unit moves toward the ring to keep a space formed in the central predetermined portion of the steering wheel of the ring by rectilinearly moving the movable unit to the outside of the steering wheel.
