PURPOSE: An active type roll control device is provided to realize the active roll motion by adding the hydraulic force in a direction that the torsion restitution of a stabilizer bar grows larger. CONSTITUTION: An active type roll control device comprises a hydraulic unit and a connection tube(40). The hydraulic unit is formed on a connection link(20). The connection link connects both ends of a stabilizer bar(13) and one side of a strut bar(7). The connection tube supplies or discharges the inner oil pressure to the hydraulic unit. At a lower end of an upper link(21), one side of the strut bar is connected. An upper end of a damper housing is fixed to a lower end of the upper link. The inside of the damper housing is divided into an upper gas room and a lower gas room by a hydraulic piston. The damper piston is integratedly connected with the upper ends of the stabilizer bar and a lower link(23).
Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a high pressure fuel rail apparatus for an engine directly spraying gasoline and a method for manufacturing the same capable of reducing costs and weight by omitting the process of brazing with the high temperature by applying an AI extruded material with the high temperature as the material of a fuel rail instead of the prior SUS material and performing the high speed cutting after a main pipe and a fixing bracket extrude. The high pressure fuel rail apparatus for an engine directly spraying gasoline according to the present invention to achieve the purpose comprises: a main pipe making fuel to flow therein and having both end parts mounted with an inlet fitting and an end plug; and a fixing unit integrally formed in the main pipe and fixing the main pipe in the upper end of the engine by using a bolt, wherein the main pipe and the fixing part are made of an aluminum alloy material. The present invention can reduce the unit cost of material by applying an aluminum alloy rather than the prior SUS material, and reduce costs and make a vehicle lighter by integrally forming the fixing unit in the main pipe.

PURPOSE: A navigation terminal and an information providing server for providing differential POI information to the navigation terminal according to day and night are provided to check POI information specialized to night time by replacing and displaying a part or the whole of general POI information with night POI information. CONSTITUTION: A navigation terminal(10) comprises a database(11) and a navigating part(16). In database, the night POI(Point Of Interest) information, general POI information, and map data are saved. In case of a night node, the navigating part adds the night POI information on peripheral map data to the general POI information or replaces a part or the whole of the general POI information with the night POI information.

A knocking reduction device of a vehicle and a knocking reduction method thereof are provided to reduce knocking in a tip-in section in case of high-load operation by controlling the temperature of the air flowed into the intake pipe less than 70°C. A knocking reduction device of a vehicle comprises: an engine intake pipe(4) delivering air to a cylinder(2) of an engine; a heat exchanger(6) which is bored through the engine intake pipe and in which air conditioner refrigerant is flowed; and an electronic control unit(8) injecting the air conditioner refrigerant into the heat exchanger in case the temperature of the air flowed in the engine intake pipe exceeds the constant temperature.

A device for automatically adjusting angle of a caster is provided to improve straight forward driving performance when a vehicle drives straight forward by broadening angle of the caster and to improve stability when the vehicle turns around by reducing angle of the caster. In a device for automatically adjusting angle of a caster, an upper part of a strut(1) is movably assembled to a vehicle body. A lower part of the strut rotates on a knuckle(2) of a wheel. A spring seat(4) fixed at an outer periphery surface of the strut is movably assembled by a cam(5). The cam rotates by a motor(6) operated by a control signal of an ECU. A steering angle sensor(7) is contacted with the ECU to control operation of the motor in accordance with driving state of the vehicle.
