    Abstract: PURPOSE: A double-expandable steering wheel mold device is provided to prevent contamination by blocking the overflow of foam due to high pressure although PU(polyurethane) of two colors is foamed on the steering wheel. CONSTITUTION: A double-expandable steering wheel mold device comprises first and second PU molds. The first and second PU molds comprise dies(11,21) and PU flow paths(13,23,26), respectively. The die of the first PU mold covers and presses an armature(S). PU foaming material(1) is injected into a PU inlet port(12) of the first PU mold. A foamed PU article(2) of the first color covers the specific site of the armature through the PU flow path. The PU foaming material of two colors is injected through the first and second inlet ports(22,25) from the outside to the die.
