    Abstract: 본 발명은 친환경 플라스틱 복합소재 및 이를 포함하는 친환경 자동차 내장재에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 셀룰로오스 디아세테이트(Cellulose Diacetate, 이하, 'CD'로 칭한다.)과 폴리프로필렌(Polypropylene, 이하, 'PP'로 칭한다.)을 포함하는 플라스틱 복합소재에 있어서, 상용화제로서 리그닌을 도입하여 상기 CD와 PP의 상용성을 향상시키고, 2차 가소제로서, 환경호르몬을 방출하지 않는 에폭시화 대두유를 도입한 친환경 플라스틱 복합소재에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 플라스틱 복합소재는 기계적 강도가 우수할 뿐만 아니라, 친환경적인 복합소재인 바, 기존의 폴리프로필렌계 플라스틱 소재를 대체할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

    Abstract: A method for producing natural leather is provided to make human metabolism active and promote human fatigue when a user is in the natural leather, by painting the natural leather using anion emitting material. Natural leather is produced by a tanning process, a dyeing process, a drying process, and a painting process. The painting process includes rear coating, sealing coating, base coating, color coating, and top coating. The rear coating is performed by using 10-20 wt% of anion emitting material having a particle size of 0.7-50 micrometers based on 100 wt% of raw leather. The base coating is performed by using 15-25 wt% of anion emitting material having a particle size of 0.7-50 micrometers. Further, the anion emitting material is charcoal, conglomerate with seven color or a mixture thereof.
