Abstract: 본 발명은 자동차의 도어트림부 등에 사용될 수 있는 방음재 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 주성분인 폴리우레탄 포움 스크랩(polyurethane foam scrap)에 매트릭스 수지(metrix resin)인 선상저밀도폴리에틸렌(linear low density polyethlene, LLDPE), 상용화제인 에틸렌-프로필렌 고무(ethylene-propylene rubber, EPR)를 포함하는 자동차용 방음재 조성물에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 조성물은 성형시 또는 폐차에서 발생되는 스크랩을 재활용하여 원가를 절감시킬 수 있으며, 선상저밀도폴리에틸렌(LLDPE)과 에틸렌-프로필렌 고무(EPR)를 사용하기 때문에 재활용이 가능하고, 제품의 성형성 및 제진성능이 향상된 우수한 방음재 조성물이다.-

Abstract: Artificial leather for a vehicle having excellent elongation is provided to maintain shape stability for a long time and to offer excellent tactility and comfort feeling. Artificial leather for a vehicle having excellent elongation comprises the followings: non-woven fiber in which micro staple fiber of which thickness is 0.3denier or less, is interwoven; a composite sheet consisting of textile and located inside the non-woven; and an elastomer filled in the composite sheet. The load elongation of the leather is 8 ~ 25%. The permanent strain is 2 ~ 10%. An elasticity index is 1.5 ~ 3.0.
