Abstract: PURPOSE: A return valve structure for an LPG vehicle is provided to improve NVH(Noise, Vibration, Harshness) problems by preventing falling sounds regardless of the built-in position of a fuel pump. CONSTITUTION: A return valve structure for an LPG vehicle comprises a tank(100) which is coupled to a fuel pump(40) and stores LPG, a float(10) which is floated on LPG surface inside the tank, a return valve(20) which is coupled to the float with a nozzle facing down, and a return line(30) which is coupled to the inlet of the return valve.

Abstract: A fuel system for a LPI engine is provided to separate liquid fuel and gaseous fuel completely in a space because liquid and gaseous fuel move to the space between the reservoir cup and cover through a first path. A fuel system for a LPI engine comprises a reservoir(115) which is arranged inside a fuel tank; a collecting pipe(105) which is inserted into the reservoir; and a fuel pump which is arranged inside the reservoir and supplies LPI fuel. The liquid and gaseous fuel collected through the collecting pipe are separated inside the reservoir. The liquid fuel is pumped again by the fuel pump. In the lower part in reservoir, a first path is formed upward. The collected fuel moves up through the first path.
