Abstract: PURPOSE: An integrated torsion bar of a hinge for a trunk lid is provided to generate the same torque as two existing torsion bars though the two existing torsion bars are integrated into a single component. CONSTITUTION: An integrated torsion bar of a hinge for a trunk lid comprises a fixed bracket(40) and a double side part(36). The fixed bracket comprises a head part and a branch part. A first rotation preventing groove is formed in the head unit. The branch part is branched from the head in two ways and comprises a second rotation preventing groove(44) into which a support part is inserted. The double side part connects to a first hinge(A) and a second hinge(B). The double side part provides twisting moment to open the trunk lid. The double side part offers the torque to both hinge arms(10) of the trunk lid to open each trunk lid.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A hood stay rod structure for a vehicle maintains a strong elastics by making the upper end portion thereof protruded outward short and being tightly fixed by being bent. CONSTITUTION: A hood stay rod(48) structure for a vehicle has a bent portion formed on the middle portion thereof and divided into upper end portion(56) and a lower end portion(60). The lower end portion(60) is inserted into a panel insertion portion(62). Thus, the hood stay rod(48) has a better appearance than other ordinary stay rods. Further, the adjustment of the length of the stay rod(48) is possible. Although the hood stay rod(48) is mounted on the side surface of an engine room(42), it does not have any interferences between other members such that an effective space management is implemented.
