Abstract: The invention relates to a door frame of a vehicle, more specifically, to a high corrosion resistance door frame using a deviation plating steel sheet which is produced by using the deviation plating steel sheet not only to perform a roll forming and a roll spot welding easily, but also to improve the corrosion resistance. More particularly, the invention provides the door frame which is applied to the vehicle by using the plated steel sheet, wherein the plating is formed by using zinc-based or zinc alloy-based metal, one side of the steel sheet has 10 g/m^2 or less of plating weight, and the opposite side of steel sheet has 20-40 g/m^2 of plating weight.

CONSTITUTION: An integrated torsion bar of a hinge for a trunk lid comprises a fixed bracket(40) and a double side part(36). The fixed bracket comprises a head part and a branch part. A first rotation preventing groove is formed in the head unit.
