Abstract: PURPOSE: A sub frame combining structure of a vehicle for improving dynamic stiffness is provided to secure firm vertical and horizontal combination by joining a stay at an ending unit of a sub frame by a main bolt and combining a side bolt at one end of a front side member. CONSTITUTION: A structure for combining firmly a sub frame(30) installed in an engine room of a vehicle at a front side member(20) is composed of the sub frame combining with an engine that vibrates often and having an ending unit to join with the front side member embedding a pipe nut; a stay having longitudinal and horizontal support blades(41) for holding combination of the sub frame and the front side member and a combining hole unit(42) for joining the ending unit of the sub frame by a bolt; a main bolt(50) passing through the combining hole unit from the bottom side of the stay and firmly combining with the pipe nut embedded in the front side member through the ending unit of the sub frame; and a side bolt(55) penetrating a pair of protruded support blades of the stay. Accordingly, the sub frame combining structure increases both vertical and horizontal stiffness by joining one side of the front side member with the side bolt.

CONSTITUTION: A bolt for coupling a sub frame of a vehicle includes a pipe nut vertically installed at a front side member. A sub frame having a pipe nut receiving unit corresponding to the pipe nut is inserted into a lower portion of the front side member. A bolt(20) having a predetermined length is fastened to the pipe nut by penetrating the pipe nut receiving unit from a lower surface of the pipe nut receiving unit in order to couple the sub frame to the front side member. A water draining groove(21a) is formed at a head part(21) of the bolt(20) in order to drain water gathered in a gap between the pipe nut and the pipe nut receiving unit to an exterior.
