Abstract: PURPOSE: A vehicle and an ignition lock switch are provided to enhance a burglarproof function by combining a key recognition device having a secret number panel with an ignition switch device. CONSTITUTION: An ignition switch portion(110) includes a rotary switch(120) to apply the electric power to an accessory(ACC), a driving portion(ON), and a start portion(ST) by using a battery. The battery is connected to one side of a case(111) fixed to a dash board(21). A key recognition portion(130) includes a plurality of buttons(131) and a memory. The buttons are connected to the ignition switch portion. The buttons are used for inputting secret numbers. The memory is used for applying the electric power of the battery to a contact point of the rotary switch according to the secret numbers inputted by the buttons.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A double oil reservoir is provided to prevent pollution of surrounding parts by containing oil leaking from vibration in circulating oil with double structure of an inner tank and an outer tank, and to reduce vibration by absorbing external force with the inner tank. CONSTITUTION: An oil pump connects with a crankshaft of an engine, and generates hydraulic pressure. An operating cylinder flows oil in and out through the oil pump in steering, and connects with a control valve. A rack bar is engaged with a driving pinion part and operated to convert operational force of the steering wheel mechanically. An oil storage tank(7) has an outer container(7c) combined with a cap(7a), an insert cap(7a') supported in the cap and inserted to a neck(7c') of the outer container, and an inner container(7d) combined with the insert cap to supply oil through a connecting hose(7e) to a supply pipe(8). Fire or pollution from overflowing is prevented with flowing oil between inner and outer containers, and vibration is reduced with absorbing external force by rotating the inner container.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A suspension system is provided to prevent the damage of a car body and to increase the traveling safety and the riding comfort by installing a bound stopper and a rebound stopper in a lower arm and an upper arm. CONSTITUTION: A bound stopper(20) and a rebound stopper are installed in a lower arm(14) and an upper arm. The bound stopper and the rebound stopper comprise outer cases(21), inner cases(22), elastic members(23), inner case supports(24), mounting brackets(25) and stopper members(26). The outer cases are fixed in the lower arm and the upper arm. The inner cases are inserted inward the outer case. The elastic members are elastically supported in the bottoms of the inner cases, the lower arm and the upper arm. The inner case supports guide the movement of the inner case by penetrating through the bottoms of the inner case and fixing in the lower arm and the upper arm. The mounting brackets are screwed in the tips of the inner cases. The stopper members are fixed in the mounting brackets. Shock is not transmitted to a car body by maximally absorbing through the bound stopper and the rebound stopper though the bound stopper and the rebound stopper are contacted with a cross member. Thereby, the damage of a car body is minimized.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Structure for combining a steering wheel with a steering shaft of a vehicle is provided to reduce the number of assembling processes and to improve work efficiency by temporarily assembling the steering wheel with the steering shaft. CONSTITUTION: An upper steering shaft(12) is combined to a steering wheel(10) via a connecting boss member(30) fixed on the steering wheel and a connecting nut member(32) for connecting the connecting boss member with the upper steering shaft. The connecting nut member is connected outside the steering wheel.
