Abstract: PURPOSE: A door connector for a vehicle is provided to easily assemble and disassemble female and male connectors by turning a fastening lever even outside of narrow space between a sash panel and a door panel. CONSTITUTION: A door connector for a vehicle consists of female and male connectors(200,100). The female connector includes a housing(210), a fastening lever(230), and a guide plate(220). The fastening lever is pivoted around a pivot axis(211). The pivot axis is formed to be oriented to the direction which the female connector is fitted into the male connector. The guide plate moves up and down relative to the rotary axis direction depending on the turning of the fastening lever. The male connector includes a guide projection(110). A guide groove(222), in which the guide projection is inserted, is formed in the guide plate. When the guide plate moves up and down at right angle with respect to the rotary axis, the guide grooves forms a path along which the guide projections simultaneously moves back and forth to the direction of the rotary axis. The guide plate and the housing move back and forth by the turning of the fastening lever. The female connector is assembled or disassembled to/from the male connector.
