    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing stator of motor in hybrid electric car is provided to achieve a small size motor by piling up a core to make a core assembly and combining a plurality of core assembly with each other. CONSTITUTION: A first process manufactures a core(21) of a stator through a punching. A second process piles up the core(21) to make a core assembly(20) with a predetermined width. A third process wires a three phase coil(22) around the core assembly(20) and inserts an insulation material into the core assembly(20). A fourth process makes the core assembly(20) to the number of slot and combines the core assemblies(20) with each other.
