Abstract: 본 발명은 디젤 커먼레일 엔진에 적용되는 고압력 커넥터 실링구조에 관한 것으로, 선단부(2)가 유선형으로 형성되고 이 선단부(2)로부터 연장된 측면(3)이 수평부(4)로 형성된 커넥터(1)에 상기 유선형 선단부(2)와 측면(3)의 수평부(4) 형상에 대응하는 유선형 접촉부(6) 및 수평 접촉부(7)가 형성된 와셔(8)가 억지끼움된 것을 특징으로 한다.
즉, 종래 커넥터와 와셔간의 나사결합을 폐지함으로써 나선변형에 의한 와셔 분리 불가 현상을 해소하여 와셔를 교환할 수 있게 됨으로써 커넥터를 재사용하는 것이 가능해지게 된다.
또한, 같은 이유에 의하여 커넥터의 직경이 축소되어 실린더헤드의 커넥터 조립공을 축소시킬 수 있게 되고, 이에 따라 실린더헤드내에 워터자켓을 형성하는 것이 용이해지는 효과가 있다.-

Abstract: 본 발명은 오일필터용 엘리먼트 고정장치에 관한 것으로서,
종래에는 엘리먼트가 상하측 플레이트의 사이에 부착 결합되는 것이기 때문에 오일필터를 너무 장시간 사용하게되면 오일필터에 적용된 엘리먼트의 이물질 여과기능이 감소될뿐만 아니라 엘리먼트와 상하측플레이트간의 접착부위가 녹아내리면서 엘리먼트가 자유상태가되며, 엘리먼트의 자유상태가 된 부분이 밀리면서 파손되어 여과기능을 완전히 상실하게되는 문제점이 발생하고 있었다.
따라서, 상기 문제점을 해결하기 위한 본 발명은 엘리먼트가 부착되는 상하측플레이트의 일면에 복수의 고정판을 돌출 형성하고, 각각의 고정판 사이에 코일형 스프링을 탄지시켜 각각의 스프링 사이로 엘리먼트가 끼워져 스프링의 탄성에 의해 엘리먼트가 밀리지 않도록 하므로서, 오일필터를 장시간 사용하더라도 엘리먼트의 열화에 의한 밀림현상이 방지되고, 이에의해 엘리먼트의 파손을 방지할 수 있도록 한 오일필터용 엘리먼트 고정장치에 관한 것이다.-

Abstract: PURPOSE: A structure of an oil separator is provided to prevent blow-by gas and oil causing environmental pollution from flowing out and improve the quality of a vehicle by collecting gas liquefied in an auxiliary separator in a collecting case, liquefying and collecting the gas not liquefied in the auxiliary separator again, and supplying the collected liquefied gas to an oil pan again in stopping an engine. CONSTITUTION: In an oil separator comprising a main separator(1) for separating the oil from blow-by gas and an auxiliary separator(3) for liquefying and discharging a small quantity of oil and the blow-by gas passing through the main separator, a structure of the oil separator is composed of a collecting case(11) connected and installed to the output unit of the auxiliary separator to receive the liquefied gas, the non-liquefied blow-by gas, and the oil from the auxiliary separator; a wire mesh(12) installed in the collecting case to liquefy the gaseous blow-by gas and oil; a discharge pipe(14) protruded at the constant length under the collecting case to store the liquefied blow-by gas and oil and composed of a lower opening unit facing an oil pan; and a negative crank case valve(15) disposed to the discharge pipe, closed by constant pressure applied on the oil pan in driving the engine and automatically opened in releasing the constant pressure applied on the oil pan with stopping the engine to the liquid blow-by gas and oil collected in the collecting case to the oil pan.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A high pressure connector sealing structure is provided to allow for ease of formation of water jacket by improving the structure of the front end of the connector. CONSTITUTION: A high pressure connector sealing structure comprises a connector(1) having a streamlined front end(2) and a side surface(3); and a washer having a streamlined contact portion(6) and a horizontal contact portion(7) corresponding to the shapes of the streamlined front end and a horizontal portion(4) of the side surface of the connector. The side surface of the front end of the connector has a stepped portion(5) formed by extending the side surface into a predetermined distance(D) in a rearward direction and expanding the outer diameter of the front end. As a consequence, the stepped portion has an expanded outer diameter(B). The horizontal contact portion has a length(E) shorter than the length of the horizontal portion of the side surface of the connector.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An element-fixing device for an oil filter is provided to prevent movement of an element caused by degradation of the element and prevent breakage of the element although the oil filter is used for a long time. CONSTITUTION: An element(3) for filtering scale of oil is combined between an upper plate(1) and a lower plate(2). An element-fixing device for the oil filter has plural fixing plates protruded on one-sides of the upper plate and the lower plate. Coil-type springs(11) are elastically supported between the fixing plates and the element is fitted between the springs. Thus, movement of the element is prevented.
