Abstract: A piston equipped with a control valve of controlling compression ratio by combustion pressure is provided to control combustion pressure in a cylinder by moving the control valve up and down by a valve spring. A piston equipped with a control valve(30) of controlling compression ratio by combustion pressure comprises an installation hole(11) which allows a front end of a piston(10) to communicate with each other. An insert(20) is inserted into the insertion hole such that the control valve projects from the insertion hole toward a cylinder. The control valve is elastically supported by a valve spring(50) installed on a cover valve(40), which is fixed to the installation hole. The valve spring has a spring pressure higher than an idle-compression pressure and lower than a normal combustion pressure.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A sealing combination apparatus of injector and connector for diesel engine is provided to reuse the connector when the connector is dismantled for checking. CONSTITUTION: The tip of a connector(7) is forcibly contacted to the body of an injector(8) through a cylinder head(10). A cap type washer(11) is inserted in the tip. In sticking to the injector, the injector and the connector are sealed by forcibly inserting the washer. The sealing is maintained by the transformation of the washer. Abstract: The present invention relates to an anti-surge valve for a vehicle. The purpose of the present invention is to provide an anti-surge valve for a vehicle capable of preventing a diaphragm from being damaged due to stress concentration in operation and preventing engine malfunction and output shortage due to a damage to a diaphragm during driving a vehicle. To achieve the purpose of the present invention, the anti-surge valve for a vehicle includes: a diaphragm dividing an internal space of a valve formed by a valve body and a cover into a pressure chamber in which a connection port is located, an air inlet, and an air outlet; a valve cup assembled to the diaphragm; a coupling member coupling the diaphragm and the valve cup; and a spring elastically supporting the diaphragm in the pressure chamber. Abstract: A structure for preventing inlet of foreign material in the oil by-pass of the automotive engine is provided to remove the foreign material which is included in oil that is transferred to a bypass channel. A structure for preventing inlet of foreign material in the oil by-pass of the automotive engine comprises as follows. The oil enters to the oil cooler through the bypass channel without passing through the oil filter when the differential pressure of oil entering to the oil filter is over a certain pressure in the oil pump.
