A hollow shaft(110) is integrally injection-molded on a side of the female cover. A guide hole(111) is bored on a predetermined section in the middle of the hollow shaft in the axial direction of the hollow shaft. A guide bar(220) moves within the guide hole. The moving pin is formed in a cylindrical shape and assembled through the hollow shaft of the female cover. The moving pin has fixing grooves going round an outer circumferential surface to assemble a washer(210) on both end, so that the moving pin is prevented from going out of the hollow shaft.
