A reinforcing panel(14) is mounted in the rear part, and the mounting clip is arranged in the mounting part of the mounting bracket. The rear seat is fixed by a bolt(16) and a nut(18), and the fixing part of the child seat is fitted to the hook of the mounting bracket. Parts and assembling process are reduced with integrally forming the rear seat cushion installation part and the child seat installation part. Strength is improved with the double structure of the reinforcing member.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A body mounting portion improves a vehicle assembling rigidity and has an excellent assembling performance. CONSTITUTION: A floor center member(44) attached under a floor panel(50) is laid on an upper end surface groove contacting portion(46) of an upper rubber(40) with interposing a spacer(52) therebetween. Then, a bolt(32) is inserted through the floor panel(50), the spacer(52), the center member(44), the upper rubber(40) and a bolt hole(36) formed on a vehicle body frame(34). The mount of a vehicle body is completed by connecting by a nut(64) after inserting a lower rubber(62) into the bolt(32). Thus, the vehicle body absorbs external forces transferred from the upper portion and the lower portion thereof on running. Further, a side external force is easily absorbed because some portion of the center member(44) is covered and connected on the upper end surface groove contacting portion(46).
