    Abstract: A double clutch transmission is provided to prevent the double execution of transmission by releasing the first step after completing the second step when the transmission is performed for the second step. The transmitter comprises a double-clutch and a double shift preventing apparatus. The double transmission preventing apparatus comprises a control bar, a first and a second rail, a first spring, a first and a second stoppers(305a,305b), and a second spring and a first and a second cancel releasing lug(320a,320b). The first and the second cancel releasing lug withdraw a stopper which is inserted into a hole from the first and the second rail. A groove for setting the stopper is formed in the center portion of the end face of the first and the second cancel releasing lug.

    Abstract: A synchronizer of a vehicle manual transmission is provided to improve shifting comfort by forming three frictional surfaces in a single cone type and by preventing seizing. A synchronizer of a vehicle manual transmission comprises: a clutch hub coupled by spline to a main shaft, a sleeve connected to be moved in an axial direction by interposing a synchronizer key in an outer circumference side of the clutch hub, a speed gear(14) arranged in both sides of the sleeve without rotational interference and a synchronizer ring(20) connected frictionally to a cone unit(18) of a clutch gear(16) integrally formed with the speed gear. In addition, protrusion portion(22) and groove portion(26) formed in the cone unit of the clutch gear are closely contacted to a protrusion portion(24) and groove portion(28) of the synchronizer ring, thereby forming three frictional portions(34,40,46).

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A clutch assembly of a manual transmission is provided to increase torque by increasing the friction area between a flywheel and a clutch disk, without changing the size of a clutch. CONSTITUTION: In a clutch assembly of a manual transmission, a clutch disk(8) is disposed on a side of a flywheel(4) rotating together with a crankshaft(2) of an engine. An input shaft(6) of the transmission is fixed to the clutch disk. Torque of the engine is transmitted to the transmission, as the clutch disk is connected to the flywheel and is separated from the flywheel. The side of the flywheel has grooves(4a) formed in the axial direction, and the clutch disk has projections(9a) axially protruded to correspond to the grooves of the flywheel. Accordingly, the flywheel and clutch disk engage each other, and thus the friction area is increased.
