본 발명의 실시예에 따른 환원제 동결 방지장치는, 환원제가 담긴 환원제탱크, 상기 환원제에 잠기도록 상기 환원제탱크 안에 배치되는 잠열재케이스, 및 상기 잠열재케이스 내부에 충진되고, 상기 환원제의 어는점보다 그 어는점이 높은 잠열재를 포함한다. 따라서, 우레아수용액과 같은 환원제가 충진된 환원제탱크 내부에 잠열재를 배치함으로써, 차량의 연료소모를 증가시키지 않고, 운전조건에 영향을 미치지 않으면서, 반영구적으로 환원제의 동결을 안정적으로 방지할 수 있다.
Abstract:
A saddle fuel tank for vehicles is provided to prevent air from being sucked into a sub sender when the fuel volume in the sub tank is empty by installing a path control valve and a float member. The float member, which is moved downwards when the fuel is empty in a sub tank, causes a valve body installed inside the path control valve to close an inlet of a second pipe of the sub sender, thereby preventing the air from being supplied to an engine. A saddle fuel tank has a main tank. The main tank has a fuel pump for supplying the fuel to an engine. A sub tank has a sub sender(30). The sub sender sucks the fuel and supplies the fuel to the main tank. The sub sender includes a first pipe(31), a second pipe(32), a path control valve(33), and a float member(37). The first pipe suctions the fuel. The second pipe, which is detachable from the first pipe, transports the fuel sucked in by the first pipe to the main tank. The path control valve connects first and second pipes, and closes or opens the path between the two pipes. The float member is coupled to the path control valve. The up or down movement of the float member, which is moved up or down depending on the amount of the fuel available in the sub tank, operates the path control valve. The path control valve has a valve casing. O-rings are sealed on an outlet of the first pipe and on an inlet of the second pipe are connected to the casing. A valve body is disposed inside the valve casing. The valve body is integrated with the float member, and is rotated by up or down movement of the float member. The rotation of the valve body closes or opens the inlet of the second pipe. When the fuel in the sub tank is full, the float member is moved upwards, causing the valve body to fully open the inlet of the second pipe. When the fuel is empty, the float member is moved downwards, causing the valve body to completely close the inlet of the second pipe, thereby preventing the air from being sucked in and transported to the engine.

PURPOSE: A safety valve of a fuel tank for a vehicle is provided to reduce man-hours, time needed for manufacture and manufacturing cost by forming a single valve functioning as a vent valve and a cut and two-way valve simultaneously and mounting the valve to the fuel tank. CONSTITUTION: A safety valve comprises a valve housing(51) having a fuel inflow hole(51a), a first evaporation gas inflow hole(51b), and a second evaporation gas inflow hole(51c) formed thereon in order, and welded to a fuel tank(1) so that the valve housing is placed in the fuel tank up to the second evaporation gas inflow hole; a housing cap(53) coupled to an upper side of the valve housing to keep air-tightness, and coupled to a valve pipe(61) passing a separator and connected to a canister; a first valve unit(70) installed to slide in the valve housing, lifted up and down by buoyancy depending on quantity of fuel flowing in through the fuel inflow hole to selectively open and close the first evaporation gas inflow hole, and forcibly sealing the first evaporation gas inflow hole in case of overturning accident to prevent leakage of fuel; and a second valve unit(80) put on an upper side of the first valve unit, sliding as the first valve unit is lifted up and down, selectively opening and closing the second evaporation gas inflow hole, and forcibly sealing a channel connected to the second evaporation gas inflow hole in case of overturning accident to prevent leakage of fuel.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A fuel tank of a vehicle is provided to measure the amount of fuel accurately by preventing fluctuation of the oil level in a reservoir cup, and to supply fuel stably by restricting increase of fuel temperature. CONSTITUTION: A pump module(3) is installed in the upper part of a fuel tank body, and a fuel suction pipe(4) including a filter(5) and a discharge pipe(6) of return fuel are formed in the pump module. A reservoir cup(1) having a fuel flow hole(2) is mounted in the lower part of the fuel tank body, and the pump module is placed in the reservoir cup. The end of the discharge pipe is extended out of the reservoir cup, and an extension part(1a) is formed with expanding the lower part of the reservoir cup. The suction pipe is turned in inclining the vehicle, and return fuel is discharged. The remaining amount of fuel is measured accurately through a float(7), and fuel is supplied stably by preventing fluctuation of fuel level in the reservoir cup.

The present invention reduces noise caused by the fuel intake of a jet pump by applying a return type when the fuel consumption of an engine is low; secures a sufficient amount of fuel taken by a reservoir cup by applying a supply type when the fuel consumption of the engine is high. Therefore, the present invention ensures the stably supply of the fuel as well as noise reduction.

차량의 선택적 촉매 환원 장치용 요소 수용액 공급 시스템이 개시된다. 개시된 차량의 선택적 촉매 환원 장치용 요소 수용액 공급 시스템은, 배기 파이프에 구성된 선택적 촉매 환원 장치로 요소 수용액을 공급하기 위한 것으로서, ⅰ)요소 수용액을 저장하는 저장 탱크와, ⅱ)저장 탱크의 내부에 설치되며, 저장 탱크에 수용된 요소 수용액을 선택적 촉매 환원 장치로 펌핑하는 펌프 모듈과, ⅲ)펌프 모듈의 내부에 배치되며, 디젤 엔진에서 연료 탱크로 리턴되는 고온의 리턴 연료를 순환시키며 저장 탱크 내부의 요소 수용액을 가열하는 히팅유닛을 포함할 수 있다.

본 발명은 디젤연료필터의 공기/물 배출장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 입구측이 물분리공간에 잠겨있는 물배출튜브의 끝단을 공기배출통로의 도중에 연결하고, 상기 공기배출통로의 입구측과 물배출튜브의 입구측에 각각 공기배출밸브와 물배출밸브를 형성하므로서, 기존의 공기배출통로를 통해 연료필터의 초기장착 및 교체시에는 공기를 배출시키고, 필터 작동시에는 물을 배출시킬 수 있게되어 물의 배출작업이 매우 편리해지도록 한 디젤연료필터의 공기/물 배출장치에 관한 것이다. 연료필터, 공기배출통로, 물배출튜브, 물배출밸브, 공기배출밸브
