Abstract: PURPOSE: Vane structure of a variable geometry turbocharger is provided to control boost pressure conveniently by using kinetic energy of exhaust gas with minimizing the clearance between the vane and the nozzle ring through the spring, to slide actively against foreign matters by chamfering the edge, and to improve the quality of the turbocharger by restricting sticking of the vane. CONSTITUTION: A vane system of a variable geometry turbocharger is composed of a first vane(30) having a closed part in the upper part and a space part opened in the lower part; a vane shaft(32) supported in the closed part of the first vane and vertically installed; a spring(50) vertically installed in the space part of the first vane; and a second vane(40) installed in the space part of the first vane with lifting up and down, and composed of a through hole(41) vertically installed in the center and penetrated by the vane shaft. Abstract: PURPOSE: An aeration measuring system is provided to minimize a measuring error caused when a measuring condition is not satisfied by measuring aeration of a vehicle through an online in real time. CONSTITUTION: An aeration measuring system includes an engine(10) and a hot wire anemometer(20) installed at a predetermined portion of the engine(10) in order to measure aeration. An oil flow and aeration measuring unit(30) is connected to the hot wire anemometer(20) so as to measure flow rate and air content. A temperature compensating unit(40) is connected to the hot wire anemometer(20) so as to compensate for a signal characteristic depending on a temperature. A signal linearizing unit(50) is connected to both oil flow and aeration measuring unit(30) and temperature compensating unit(40) so as to allow a signal to be linearly generated.

이에 따르면 본 발명은 장시간 엔진을 정지한 상태로 방치하더라도 초기 시동시 오일이 직접 바이패스되어 터보 차저나 밸브 래시 어저스터등에 공급되므로, 밸브 트레인의 마모 및 손상을 방지함과 아울러, 메인 갤러리측으로 직접 오일이 공급되므로 메인 갤러리 내의 오일 압력 저하현상을 예방할 수 있는 효과를 갖는다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for integrating a compressor with a vacuum pump is provided to simultaneously form a refrigerant compressing element and a vacuum pump in a housing to carry out both functions simultaneously. CONSTITUTION: A device for integrating a compressor with a vacuum pump includes a circular housing(1), a rotor(5), a bracket(6), suction/discharge hoses(7,8), and first and second vanes(9,12). The housing is formed with refrigerant suction/discharge holes(3,4) at opposite sides and has a shaft coupled in the center. The rotor has an internal space independent from the housing and is coupled with the shaft eccentrically to rotate in contact with an inner peripheral surface of the housing. The bracket is formed in the rotor to be positioned in the center of the housing, and formed with the hoses at opposite sides. The first vane is movable mounted at an upper part of the housing elastically by a spring(10) and defines the inside of the housing into two spaces by contacting an outer peripheral surface of the rotating rotor, thereby carrying out the compression and discharge of the refrigerant when the rotor is rotating. The second vane is movably mounted at a lower end of the bracket elastically by another spring(13), and defines the inside of the rotor into two spaces by contacting an inner peripheral surface of the rotor, thereby discharging gas introduced into either of the spaces to the other one.
