CONSTITUTION: A part disassembling device of a waste vehicle is composed of a clamp unit(10) holding and fixing a part such as a front bumper, a rear bumper or a crash pad; an arm part(20) moving the clamp unit multi-axially; and a hydraulic unit supplying operational force to the clamp unit and the arm part by a controller(30). A table of a circuit drawing name and an image file from each circuit drawing is created as an index file. An image file capable of chasing a signal is created(S400). The image file is registered in a database(S500).
