Abstract:
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A belt unit for a continuously variable transmission is provided to eliminate a relative velocity difference between a band and a segment of a belt, and to improve durability and fuel efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A belt unit for a continuously variable transmission comprises bands(20), segment shoulders(13), and a segment(10). The bands are inserted into spaces of the segment shoulders. The segments are formed in both sides of the segment shoulders. Grooves(12) are formed in the segment shoulders. The grooves and the segment shoulders have a contact radius difference.

PURPOSE: A connector for measuring cell voltage of fuel cell stack for vehicles are provide to minimize influence by car oscillation, thereby measuring voltage value more accurately. CONSTITUTION: A terminal insertion slit is formed on the rear side. A housing is communicated with the terminal inserting slit. A TPA(Terminal Positioning Assurance) terminal insertion hole is formed on the top of the connection terminal insertion hole. The connection terminal insertion hole is formed on the front side of the housing. The TPA terminal insertion hole is formed on the top of the connection insertion hole. A TPA(30) comprises a base frame, a TPA terminal, and side fixing terminal. A connection terminal comprises a terminal connection part and a wire grab part.
Abstract:
A method for analyzing polycarbonate(PC) and polybutylene terephthalate(PBT) quantitatively in PC/PBT materials is provided to allow effective and accurate quantitative analysis and therefore to utilize efficiently in development or benchmarking of a product, or in response to problems caused by the quality. A method for quantitatively analyzing polycarbonate and polybutylene terephthalate respectively in polycarbonate(PC)/polybutylene terephthalate(PBT) blend materials comprises the steps of: preparing a sample for a temperature gravimetric analyzer(TGA) by using polycarbonate(PC)/polybutylene terephthalate(PBT) blend materials; raising a temperature of the sample from an elevated temperature of 30 deg.C to 650 deg.C at an elevating rate of 20 deg.C/min in a nitrogen atmosphere by using the TGA, followed by raising the temperature to 800 deg.C at an elevating rate of 20 deg.C/min in an oxygen atmosphere; and calculating a respective content of polycarbonate and polybutylene terephthalate from a formula(1) and a formula(2) by using a result of TGA. In the formula(1), the content of polycarbonate(PC) = A + (26.8/73.2) x A and in the formula(2), the content of polybutylene terephthalate(PBT) = B + (2.9/97.1) x B, wherein A is PC heat loss amount from an inflection point of a differential curve to 650 deg.C in a TGA graph and B is PBT heat loss amount to an inflection point of a differential curve in a TGA graph.
