차량용 무단변속기의 라인압 제어시스템이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 차량용 무단변속기의 라인압 제어시스템은 라인 레귤레이터 밸브로부터 공급되는 라인압이 제1, 제2 비례제어 솔레노이드 밸브에 의하여 각각 제어되는 프라이머리 밸브와 세컨더리 밸브를 통해 프라이머리 풀리와 세컨더리 풀리의 작동쳄버로 공급되는 무단변속기의 유압제어시스템에 있어서, 상기 제1, 제2 비례제어 솔레노이드 밸브와 라인 레귤레이터 밸브 사이에 배치되어 상기 제1, 제2 비례제어 솔레노이드 밸브의 제어압을 선택적으로 라인 레귤레이터 밸브의 제어압으로 공급할 수 있도록 유로를 절환하는 스위치 밸브와; 상기 스위치 밸브의 유로 전환을 제어하는 온/오프 솔레노이드 밸브를 포함한다.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, a continuously variable transmission unit includes: a drive pulley configured to receive the rotational force of an engine; a driven pulley arranged to be spaced apart from the drive pulley; a belt wound around the drive pulley and the driven pulley to transmit the rotational force of the drive pulley to the driven pulley; a drive wheel rotated by using the rotational force outputted from the driven pulley; and a control unit configured to continuously change a rotation ratio of the drive pulley to the driven pulley and to control the binding force of the drive pulley for pulling the driven pulley, based on torque inputted to the drive pulley, wherein the control unit detects the rotational speed of the drive wheel and increases or decreases the binding force according to a change rate of the rotational speed. Therefore, the binding force of the pulley for pulling the belt can be increased according to the change rate of the rotational speed of the drive wheel when a vehicle enters a rough road to prevent the drive pulley or the driven pulley from slipping out of the belt, thereby preventing damage to the pulley or the belt and ensuring a stable driving performance.

PURPOSE: A method for quantitative-analyzing the rubber content and the grafting ratio of an acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene(ABS) resin is provided to improve the reliability of measurement with respect to the content of butadiene in the ABS resin. CONSTITUTION: A method for quantitative-analyzing the butadiene content of the ABS resin includes the following: The butadiene double bonds of an ABS resin is substituted into single bonds using iodine chloride in chemical formula 1. Remaining iodine chloride is reacted with potassium iodine to generate iodine molecules in chemical formula 2. The iodine molecules are titrated using sodium thiosulfate(Na_2S_2SO_3) in chemical formula 3. Styrene acrylonitrile(SAN) copolymer is dissolved from the ABS resin using an organic solvent. Insoluble SAN-grafted-butadiene is collected. The SAN grafting ratio of the SAN-grafted-butadiene is analyzed.

The first planetary gear set is composed of first to third actuating members, wherein the first actuating member is secured on a second motor/generator(40) and selectively connected to an engine(10), and the second actuating member is fixed to the engine. A method for measuring a scrap content of a plastic product using a half crystallization time is provided to prevent degeneration of physical properties and quality lowering of the product caused by excessive use of the scrap during a preparation of the plastic product in advance. A method for measuring a scrap content of a polypropylene copolymer comprises the steps of: (a) respectively preparing a virgin molded article sample of a polypropylene copolymer including ethylene and a molded article sample including scrap of the polypropylene copolymer; (b) measuring a degree of crystallinity and a half crystallization time of the virgin molded article and the molded article sample including the scrap, respectively through an isothermal crystallization test; (c) substituting values measured from the step(b) for an equation 1 of a log[-ln(1-Xt)]=logK+nlogt(wherein Xt is a measured degree of crystallinity, n is an avrami constant of 3.48, t is a measured half crystallization time, and K is a total crystallization rate constant) to calculate the K; (d) inducing a linear function from the K calculated by each contents of the scrap; and (e) after measuring a degree of crystallinity and a half crystallization time of a sample, of which scrap content is unknown, to calculate a total crystallization rate constant K, calculating the scrap content by substituting the K for the induced linear function.

CONSTITUTION: The hexavalent chrome existence-identification detection reagent is characterized by comprising 0.2 to 0.6 wt.% of diphenyl carbazide, 30 to 50 wt.% of the mixing solution of acetone and ethanol having a mixing ratio(v:v) of 1:1, 15 to 25 wt.% of 75% ortho-phosphoric acid and 15 to 25 wt.% of distilled water, and as a buffer solution, 10 to 20 wt.% of aqueous solution of NaH2PO4*H2O.

PURPOSE: A regenerating method of ABS resin containing urethane foam is provided to improve physical properties of the regenerated resin by uniformly distributing fine PUR urethane foam particles as residual impurities by applying a shear stress. CONSTITUTION: The regenerating method of ABS resin containing urethane foam is comprised of steps of selecting ABS resin from a pulverized mixture of ABS resin and PUR urethane foam with a wind powered selector; and extruding the selected ABS resin at a high temperature of 250 to 300deg.C. by pulverizing the ABS resin containing the PUR urethane foam, and then uniformly distributing the PUR urethane foam in the ABS resin.
