The present invention relates to a hydraulic pressure transfer printing method for forming surface texture. More particularly, the present invention relates to a hydraulic pressure transfer printing method which transfers a pattern design to an object by using a hydraulic pressure transfer film having the pattern design. An embo is formed on the surface of the object. The hydraulic pressure transfer printing method for forming the surface texture is applied to an internal/external material of a vehicle, thereby increasing the sense of touch.

The present invention relates to a three-dimensional panel for forming a mood lamp made from a real material and a manufacturing method thereof, capable of securing moldability and reliability by using a press process instead of an existing clear layer coating process or a polyurethane reaction injection process and applying a transparent material on the upper surface of a real material (pattern layer); varying the application of the available real material; forming a depth according to the thickness control of the transparent layer; and reducing costs.

PURPOSE: A method for fabricating artificial leather with air permeability is provided to strengthening bonding force between a fabric and a film and to prevent peeling or separation of the film. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating artificial leather with air permeability comprises: a step of napping the surface of a fabric(S2); a step of coating the back side of the fabric with napping using resin with hydrolysis resistance and flame retardancy for reinforcing the back side of the fabric(S2); a step of coating the napping surface of the fabric with water soluble PU resin solution to form a film(S4); a step of embossing the surface of the fabric(S5); a step of spraying water soluble resin solution on the film surface; and a step of spraying top protect resin on the film surface. 본 발명은 폴리우레탄폼용 인계 난연제 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 할로겐원소를 배제하고 분자내에 2 ~ 6개의 인원자, 및 질소원자를 함유하는 인계 난연제 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 인계 난연제는 폴리우레탄폼에 적용시 폴리우레탄폼의 난연성을 향상시키면서도 시간경과에 따른 용출현상이 없어 난연성 저하 현상을 발생시키지 않으며, 또한 폴리우레탄폼의 기계적 물성을 저하시키지 않으므로 기존의 할로겐계 난연제를 친환경적 난연제로 대체할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A phosphorous-based flame retardant for polyurethane foam is provided to obtain excellent flame retardance without degradation of mechanical properties, and to have excellent flame retardance comparison to existing halogen-containing flame retardants. CONSTITUTION: A phosphorous-based flame retardant for polyurethane foam is in chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, n is an integer from 1-5. R1 is a C2-8 alkylene group, or a C6-7 arylene group. R2 is NHCONH2. A manufacturing method of the phosphate flame retardant comprises: a step of manufacturing an intermediate product by reacting polyphosphoric acid and diol; and a step of manufacturing the phosphorous-based flame retardant by reacting the intermediate product and urea. The polyphosphoric acid comprises 2-6 phosphorous atoms per one molecule.

PURPOSE: A composite material for automobiles which is reinforced with bamboo fiber is provided to ensure excellent mechanical properties as a composite material for an automobile interior material since bamboo fiber is passed through a delignification processing. CONSTITUTION: A composite material for automobiles which is reinforced with bamboo fiber is prepared by mixing 20 ~ 60wt% of bamboo fiber delignification-processed as a reinforcing material with 40 ~ 80wt% of polylactide pellets as a matrix material. The bamboo fiber and polylactide pellet are alternatively laminated and have one independent layer.

PURPOSE: A bio composite material composition is provided to ensure good strength elasticity in bending, excellent moldability, cost economic power and tactility and to prepare an environment-friendly composite sheet with light weight. CONSTITUTION: A polypropylene/soy-protein compositions of bio composite materials comprises polypropylene resin 65~85 weight%, bean-protein particle 10~30 weight% and zinc sulfate(ZnSO4) 2~10 weight%. A method for preparing a polypropylene/soy-protein bio composite sheet comprises the steps of: mixing the bio composite material composition; molding pellets by melting and extruding the mixed bio composite materials; molding a sheet by hot press-processing the molded pellet in the condition of a temperature 150~250 °C and pressure 45~80 kg/cm^2; and processing the molded sheet with a cold pressure press to prepare a bio composite sheet.
